This is our second time staying here. It very convenient, comfortable, and well worth the money.

Breezy Shores Resort is a collection of two-story townhouses right on the lake. Our unit was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace in the living room helped to warm the apartment quickly upon our arrival on a cold spring night. We had four days of cold, wet weather and we were glad to have a comfortable place to spend those days. Then the sun came out, the days warmed up and being right on the lake made our last four days really wonderful. Everyone we encountered in the office was immediately helpful and responsive. Nearby restaurants served us well -- we especially recommend cheeseburgers at Shorewood Pub, we had an excellent carry-out pizza from Zorbaz, and also can recommend nearby Bleachers and the Long Bridge Bar and Grill. This was an excellent stay and we definitely would come back.

Great place right on the ATV trails. Place is on the smaller side, but that was clear from the pictures and we knew what to expect. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

Judith was very easy to work with and communication was fast. The bread from their farm is amazing. The place was nice and quiet when I was there. Tucked in the woods but right off of the main road. I needed to extend my stay and Judith was very accommodating. Would stay again!

Great rental for our extended family. Loved the hot tub, large tv, large kitchen - plenty of room for us to spread out.

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

We enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed to cook meals, we used the fire pit, used the sauna, and enjoyed the yard.

Our first every Air BnB stay and was well worth the money! Having lots of kids that wanted to fish nonstop or do something Rayna’s place made it so easy to wear the kids out . Loved the outdoor/indoor games for family time. Loved the sunset/sunrise view off the deck . We all made use of the paddle boat and dock ! Rayna left something for the adults and children when we arrived !! She was very responsive!! We even got to check out her restaurant not too far away !!

This house is absolutely incredible to see in person, and I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay in an historic home! Mary was a very-responsive host, checking in to see if anything was needed plus providing helpful instructions for my stay. I can't wait to stay here again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this home; it is even more beautiful and impressive than the pictures reflect, and I felt right at home. Thank you, Mary, for hosting such a beautiful home and making me feel welcome!

We needed a place close to our tiny cabin that had more room for our kids to come and celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday. We brought our pontoon over from our lake and a couple of kayaks. This home had more outdoor toys that added to our fun weekend. The second night everyone slept through the night train coming through. Buchanan lake is a shallow calm lake for a relaxing weekend.

This is such an awesome Lake House Getaway! Hidden Gem! Very Peaceful, Quiet, and Absolutely Beautiful Scenery…right on the water. This destination is perfect for when you finally have a day off, or weekend getaway. And you just want to relax and recharge. And if you like to grill, just a mile away is Lake Country Meats. That has some awesome cuts of meat, and will also season it for you as well. Absolutely fell in love with this place. Looking forward to a return trip to Alexandria, MN.

house is awesome and has to have the best lake view. only gripe is stove seems to be inaccurate or cold. it did eventually cook a pizza. and the dryer needs a couple cycles for a dry outcome. small annoyances really.

Great place! We visited Fargo and hunted Thomas Dambo trolls in Detroit Lakes so this was a perfect location for us. The area was wonderful for walking and we enjoyed visiting the nursery next door. The coffee shop and restaurants were just footsteps away. The place was very clean and there were clear instructions from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space overlooking the lake! Big balcony, large living and dining area -- which is good for a family of 6 like ours! A little dated in decor, but clean, and everything that needed to work did. Parking in the winter was a little tricky, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This was a great get away weekend spent with loved ones. The space was clean and spacious with nearby restaurants and coffee, or if you wanted to cook there was plenty of availability of kitchenware and basic items. While booking, the hosts Eldon and Jonathan were more than accommodating and responsive. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was also very cute throughout the entire space. The space was very clean and more desirable than staying in a hotel and I will continue to use the space as I travel to the area in the future.

We have stayed at various locations around Detroit Lakes for the past 15 years. This was the best of them all. The location was perfect, amenities were perfect, the condo was perfect. Absolutely beautiful place. We were blown away by the number of extra provisions that were here. Fully stocked kitchen - all the drawers neatly labeled, frolf discs, beach toys, vacuum, brooms, cleaning supplies, etc. The view from the deck was fabulous, the hotel access was wonderful - we had no complaints about this place. 5-stars all the way, you will not be disappointed by Starboard Point.

Beautiful space and well decorated! It felt homey and functional. I really appreciated the pet bowls near the front door, it made me feel like the dogs were actually welcome instead of it just being a bullet in the listing. Host was also extremely responsive! Would love to stay here again when I’m in the area next and would highly recommend!
