We (Armin (68), Heidi (62) and Waltraud (85) live in a 2-family house with a 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream shop, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, shoe park and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in 17 minutes in the city at the train station on Boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 min). A free guest parking is available.

Unsere helle Souterrain-Ferienwohnung liegt in Hanglage über Detmold und grenzt direkt an den Garten. Die Wohnung bietet Ihnen einen separaten Eingang und eine einladende Atmosphäre. Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

The house can accommodate up to four people with a bedroom with a double bed and an additional large sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy your coffee on the terrace overlooking the countryside or start hiking and cycling trails right outside the front door in idyllic Detmold and Lipperland.

Villa Rosa - Sky

At the foot of the Hermann, in a central yet quiet location, is our newly renovated, historical villa on the Bandelberg. We have a gated park place for your car and a locked garage for your bicycles. The distance to the train station, the old town and the state theater is about 1 km. The University of Music, the summer theater and the largest open-air museum in Germany can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Hermann monument is 3km away.

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, linens, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Das Atelier

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. On 70sqm with a large sunny south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it right in front of the door. The Westfalentherme spa with sauna area and swimming pool is a 6-minute walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
