We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights, was very homely and comfortable, didn’t need or want for anything. If I couldn’t find anything the host was very prompt with their response. Very cute apartment and great communication with the host. Thank you both for having us.

Garda Modern Living - Center

FrankRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A great place to stay, the center is about 200m away and yet very quiet. The house and apartment are completely new and very tastefully decorated. There is everything you need to get by wonderfully there for a few days (except a sharp bread knife;-)). A garage is also available, even with a roof box my car fit in, but it was a little tight. Genny was extremely flexible. We arrived very late and yet he was on site as agreed and showed us everything. Flawless communication, where no questions remained unanswered. Excellent! If I'm back in town, this apartment is my first choice.

An amazing place to stay right in the heart of Desenzano! 🌟 The apartment is a real gem — modern, stylish, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is absolutely perfect: close to cafes, shops, the lakefront, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. It was a real pleasure staying here. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!

William's House in the historic center

We want to say a huge thank you to Dario, who truly saved our stay in Desenzano. First of all, he kindly let us check into the apartment earlier than planned, since our train arrived in the morning. Secondly, due to a mistake on my part with the check-out date, Dario quickly found a solution — a lovely room in his other house, which was cool, comfortable, and just perfect. Third, both places were spotless, smelled great, and had everything we needed — he even left two bottles of water in the fridge and some coffee and snacks for us. On top of that, he recommended we go for a bike ride along the lake — and let me just say: book with Dario without hesitation. He’s a real Italian superman. 💪🇮🇹

The location was fantastic, with restaurants all around and everywhere was walkable. 5 minute walk to the lake and easy access to the ferry to get you to other parts of the island. The apartment was spotless and cozy. Elena was very responsive and helpful with check in and throughout our stay with any queries we had. We would love to come back and see more of the location and we would definitely stay again!!

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Alessandro place was top class. we were met and greeted by Alessandro and his lovely wife. they left some lovely treats and were very welcoming from the start. The apartment was amazing everything was super new and the decor was fabulous. The little outdoor space was so nice, overlooking a beautiful garden, perfect for a coffee and chill out. Location was fantastic. 10 minute walk to the Lake. Castle just around the corner. Train station with connections to many places including Venice, Verona and Milan among other places. Very safe and secure area. myself and my two sisters loved Alessandro place and will return. we were very impressed. Alessandro helped us out with an earlier check in and check out and was very kind in arranging a taxi for us to the airport. if I could give this 10 stars I would. highly recommend. Thanks Alessandro for a lovely stay.

Sunshine House in Desenzano Center

LorenaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Had a great stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and corresponded exactly to the description. I particularly liked the quiet location – perfect for relaxing, but still close to restaurants, shopping and public transport. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to answer if any questions came up. The check-in was straightforward and the communication in advance was also super pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. A small point of improvement: The sink in the bathroom was a little clogged, so the water drained slowly. It wasn't a big deal though. I would come back anytime and highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!
