Woodland Cabin - Margot Bed & Breakfast

Our cozy cabin comprises of 3 small separate buildings set in private woodland next to a 200 year old poplar tree & a gentle rocky stream clattering in the background. The cabin is essentially off-grid meaning the water comes from the stream originating the “chalambelle” on the Ardeche plateau. There is electricity, hot water, shower, a compost toilet and a wood-burner. It is suitable for 2 people. Breakfast is included and brought to you in the morning. Dinner can also be arranged onsite.

La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. Welcome to Mars! Located at the end of the path is the door open to nature! Cozy and well-insulated, the chalet is pleasant without TV or Wi-Fi, allowing you to disconnect, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Shop / cafe in the village and market in the summer on Friday mornings. The larger villages are 10 min. by car. Close to Mézenc and Lisieux for outdoor activities. Pets welcome! Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
