Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dervio

We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

We had a great time at Ivana's place. The house is very charming, impeccably clean in a splendid setting, offering absolutely magnificent views! If you're looking for a change of scenery, tranquility and green nature, you've come to the right place! Ivana is a very thoughtful, generous and friendly host who made our stay memorable. Thank you very much, dear Ivana. We'll be happy to go back!

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

I wanted to spend a few quiet days in nature and the Rustico was absolutely perfect for it! The cottage is very lovingly renovated and furnished, has a super equipped kitchen and is beautifully located. In addition, Mariapia was a very accommodating and friendly host. I will gladly come back.

Words can not describe how incredible this place was. The photos do not do the villa justice of how incredible the view was. Michela was a fantastic host who met us and showed up around the villa. It has more appliances than an electrical, and has everything you need. If you can make time to stay here I would highly recommend it. A true authentic Italian getaway at Lake Como. Wow, wow, wow!!

Really comfortable space with beautiful scenery.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Lake Como! The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from the lake. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved waking up to the stunning views each morning — absolutely breathtaking! Our host was warm, welcoming, and super helpful with local tips and recommendations. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the Lake Como area. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

Marcus and Simona are perfect AirBnB hosts. The place is gorgeous; even better than the photos, which do not do it justice. The house was immaculate, and the most comfortable bed and linens I’ve experienced in a rental. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us with recommendations and assistance from months before we arrived and always made himself available for help. I brought my older parents with me, who had some issues with the walk to the house - it’s about 2-3 minutes downhill and through cobblestones and rough gravel to get to the house - but worth every minute once you are there. I recommend you pack as light as possible - we had 3 large suitcases and 2 huge duffel bags plus carryons because we are on a long trip, which made it extra tough to load in and out. I actually left 2 suitcases in the car and took what we needed. Aside from the challenges because of our bags and some limited mobility, their home easily ranks in my Top 3 of all places I’ve been. Will be back!

This home is a gem!! We have rarely had such a beautiful setting both outside and inside! The apartment is clean, functional and the view is splendid!! A true haven of peace! You just have to take into account that the apartment is at the bottom of a pedestrian alley and that going up with luggage is a workout! But honestly, it's worth it!

What a wonderful place, views over the Lake, immaculately clean and walkable to restaurants, trains and ferries. Matt was a lovely guy friendly and very helpful, giving us tips for walks and restaurants. The welcome muffins were delicious! Flavia and Matt are great hosts. We cannot fault anything.

The stay with Devid and Fabio was wonderful. The cottage is tastefully and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable. There is a nice rain shower and the kitchen contains everything you need. But, the best thing is the view of Lake Como. What a beautiful panorama that is a little different every day. In the red book, Devid and Fabio have collected a lot of practical information and ideas for excursions, we have visited a number of them: without exception successful. In addition, Devid gave us all kinds of good advice and guided us well in the process of arrival and departure. We felt very welcome. Thank you very much for that.

A great place with all you need. Clean and near to the main bus station/train station. The view is also beautiful.

Beautiful place, charming town. Amazing views- clean, bright and comfortable accommodations!! Ida was informative and available whenever we needed her! Even arriving late in the evening, she welcomed us with a smile!! Would definitely return!!🌎☮️👍🏼

Outdoor space is beautiful, location is pretty good.

Very nice, newly furnished apartment with nice views. 10 min from Menaggio by car. A car or scooter is definitely a must due to the mountain location. Our host was very friendly and accommodating.
