If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Lots to explore nearby - 19 minutes drive to Cahir Castle, 22 minutes to the Rock of Cashel, 33 minutes to Clonmel, 45 minutes to Limerick.

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Queenies lodge, a stunning getaway, Co Kilkenny

Queenies lodge, (named after our aunt Queenie who lived here for over 80 yrs) is enhanced by a private wooded walk, a wellness room with infrared sauna. It is located close to the picturesque village of Windgap, 25 minutes from Kilkenny city Beautiful old stone and brick, restored to its former glory make this an exceptional home to come and visit.

Luxury Truck Lodge with Private Pool

This is a unique space, tastefully decorated, cozy and relaxing, a little haven, on a mature site, surrounded by lovely gardens. It contains a king size bed, sitting area and TV, kitchen and a bathroom/shower. A generous patio, with a table and chairs. It has all modern conveniences, inc fibre broadband, a selection of TV channels, a blue tooth speaker to listen to your music. You also have access to a private swimming pool and sauna.

Self contained cottage, shares a yard with another residence. Beautiful scenic setting in a quiet rural area 6 minutes from Pallasgreen. All mod cons. Suit couples only. Not suitable for infants for space and safety reasons (hot stove!) Self catering. Plenty of parking space - a car is essential. Please note no WiFi available in the area - the service is so poor in the area we can't guarantee it. Read the house manual on Airbnb.

We are conveniently located, only 3 km's from Junction 26 on the M7 motorway. The self catering apartment is located over the garage and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs. There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area, hiking, kayaking and various other water sports. There are many excellent golf courses close by.
