Had a fantastic stay. Claire messaged to inform us we could have early check in and late check out. Place was so clean, hot tub and sauna was amazing (especially after running ultra). Welcome pack was really appreciated by us all. Great host, location and facilities. Will definitely be back.

I can’t even begin to say how lovely this entire experience was- the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcomed. Absolutely outstanding in terms of their care and concern for us, very flexible with our group (we had flight cancellations) and provided assistance directly to us. The home itself is gorgeous and very well appointed. Very quiet and serene area that is very easy to get to from town with easy taxi just minutes away. If I could give them a hundred stars I would. So many amenities in the home and it’s juts gorgeous. Highly recommend (and we’ll be back)

Perfect location. We walked everywhere. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and having 2.5 baths was lovely. Very quiet even though in the center of town. Parking was a bit tricky. Be sure to have coins to pay.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it is in a great location with beautiful views overlooking the river foyle. We were blessed with sunny weather and got to see the sun set behind the mountains from the patio area. The pictures don’t do the view from the patio justice! Unbelievable. We were only 5 mins drive from the city centre so an ideal location for going out for food and drinks and a very cheap taxi home. Derry city is a great night out with live music in every bar and really friendly people. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be staying here when I return!

Great base for a weekend break to the maiden city. Only 7 minutes to the city centre, just under 30 minutes to Letterkenny and short drive to Lisfannon Beach. Great communication from Brian who was both friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as described. Very safe, private and cosy. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this one-bedroom apartment in Derry and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and perfect for a single tenant or a couple. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable. The living area had a cozy feel, with a small but functional kitchen that included all the essentials—ideal for anyone who prefers cooking at home. The location was a major plus. Situated just a short walk from the city centre, it was easy to access shops, cafés, and public transport. It’s also close to some great walking routes along the River Foyle, which was a bonus. The building was quiet and secure, and the neighbours were friendly but kept to themselves. The landlord was responsive and easy to deal with, which made the whole rental process smooth from start to finish. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located home in Derry.

Fabulous property which has a great blend of the old and new. Great character in the accommodation, very comfortable and perfect for our trip. A short walk into town and £5 in a taxi back. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you would need for a short or longer trip. I would happily return to this property. An excellent find.

This is a perfect location for exploring Derry! It was our first time to the city, so it's always hard to know where to stay, but we are so glad we found Pete's place. Easy parking and convenience/groceries nearby. Then it's a short and beautiful walk down the river to the Derry Walls, murals, restaurants, so much to do and see. Even without walking into town, there are great restaurants just downstairs from the apartment! We enjoyed the food market with different vendors when were a bit too tired to walk. Thank you for a terrific first experience of Derry, we already can't wait to return.
