The house was VERY nice! Each room had plenty of space and I love how the environment was peaceful! Visited the lake nearby and it was BEAUTIFUL!

This house is beautiful and amazing. My family and I stayed a week and wish we were able to stay longer. Having the pool added to the overall experience with the house, although if they didn’t have a pool this would still be a prestine house. The beds were very comfortable and thr bathrooms were nice especially the master! Highly recommend staying at this local gem! Will be booking again in the future. Also the communication between the host was perfect, answered any questions and responded quickly.

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Jo and Vicki were truly amazing! The house was beautifully decorated, and honestly a great place to host for my brother’s wedding. The hosts were so kind, quick to respond and helped with any issues we had. They were so flexible and the house was fully furnished and set up ready to go for our stay. This house is a gem and we are so grateful and thankful for the wonderful wonderful opportunity We had to stay here. I give this place my highest rating!

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. This home is very clean and nice. It has everything you need!!!! The washer and dryer work (this is a big deal) this home is kid friendly!!!!! It has a nest back yard! The pool is amazing!!!! Easy check in and out!!!! There’s a lot of restaurants and things to do including a park and a waterpark that are super close by grocery stores, inconvenient stores close by and coffee shops!!

An excellent place for my wife, dog, and myself to stay at while in town for the brith of our grandson. Jenni was the perfect host. She even contracted us warning us of a bad storm coming and to contact her if we loose power. She truely went above and beyond our expectations. The location was close to resturants, supermarkets, and the main highway. I will definaly stay here again when we visit our grandson. Also the backyard is perfect for our dog. Just a great place all around.

Great house in an excellent location. Kristine was really friendly and was in touch 24hrs before with clear instructions for check in. She was also extremely friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The house was immaculate and very comfortable with great facilities. It was a short drive to lots of great places and there was also a nice park to walk in and dog park within walking distance. Some convenience supermarkets could also be walked to within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Aubrey’s rental was very nice. As described and pictured. Very clean, easy to access and quiet neighborhood. Garage access was a huge bonus!

Spacious house with plenty of room for our group of 8! Couch was so comfy and the living space is large and great for hanging out. Beds were so comfortable! Location is easily accessible from the highway, quiet, and 10-15 minutes from Main Street Grapevine. Only complaint is there wasn’t enough dinnerware, glasses and silverware for all of 8 of us. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for my family! There was plenty of space, we didnt feel crowded at all. We loved the master bedroom/restroom! My kids loved the big back yard and patio area. I definitely recommend staying here.

I was a guest at a wedding down the street and spent the weekend at this guest house. I was traveling with one other woman and we both were very comfortable and felt very safe. It was great that we both had our own private bathroom and bedroom. The house was perfect for us. It is a very private, well kept, clean and beautiful home. The property is absolutely beautiful to walk around and enjoy the peacefulness. We appreciated such a nice place to stay and relax. Jillyn was a great host, very responsive when I messaged her with questions and very prompt on sending check in information.

We really enjoyed our stay, we brought our little ones down by the lake where they enjoyed skipping rocks. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Ruben was very responsive and friendly the entire time, checking in if we needed anything.

Charles has a wonderful ranch. Everything was clean, welcoming, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Throughout our stay, Charles was exceptionally helpful and responded almost immediately whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend it to everyone. The ranch is truly beautiful, with a friendly atmosphere and many animals around.

Some people boast luxury, and others actually deliver on luxury; Nancy delivers on every level. Super clean, comfortable and in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Although we were here for work, it was great to come 'home' at the end of a hard day. Quality linens and furniture (the kind that is scary to have in a STR) made us appreciate the real effort which has gone into making this the best possible place to stay in Flower Mound. We look forward to coming back this year. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Fantastic Stay, Nicholas was proactive and very helpful. Home is clean and stocked with drinks and so many thoughtful amenities. Home was easy to find and had board games, our family enjoyed the stay. Will book again on our next visit to DFW.

Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and you could tell the host really puts in the effort to maintain the space.
