We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment located right on the winery property. The apartment itself was just the right size for our group of four. We loved being so close to the vineyard and truly enjoyed the unique experience of staying on-site. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

The cottage is well appointed, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen basic supplies. I enjoyed the generous volume of books. Nice variety of art. Pick up a bag of ice on your way in. The porch was very nice for a slow morning after our long drive from Utopia.

Very cleverly made and comfortable AirBNB. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy it. It’s a unique design and on the smaller size, but has everything you need. Also very walkable to the Denton square and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Tim

We really enjoyed our extended stay with Janel and family. She was a super great hostess and welcomed us into her home. She was very responsive and communicated often and even dropped off supplies! The area is a great location and close to many attraction and events in the Frisco area. You want to visit park? It's down the street. You want to visit The Star (go Cowboys)? It's less than 10 miles way. You want to visit the lake? It's walking distance from Janel's home. You have everything within minutes AND you are still in a very quiet, rural area. You can't ask for more!! Come visit my new friend Janel and her lovely home!

This was our first AirBnB, and Rodney made it a wonderful experience! Everything from check-in to check-out was well organized, clean, fun, and communicative. I highly recommend!

This cabin was perfectly perfect! Host was awesome! Felt very safe! Cabin was spotless and had everything we needed! If I could give 10 stars I would! Would definitely recommend!

To keep it short and sweet we had immaculate hosts, very private setting with a gorgeous pool and super clean pool house. The grill and outdoor speakers are a great plus! The neighborhood was very beautiful and in a calm area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay, the pictures are all as described and the hosts are very flexible with any requests. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed walking along the shoreline of the lake and swimming in Rodney's pool. Rodney was super-responsive, friendly, and welcoming. This one-room AirBNB (no kitchen, but equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave) has a beautiful view of the lake, facing west (sunsets!). The air conditioning worked great, which is important in the Texas summers. We made the mistake of thinking that this was a dark skies area (due to Lakewood Village's designation), but instead of viewing dark skies, we took advantage of the great restaurants in nearby Little Elm (check out Sawaii Indian Restaurant). The way that this opportunity popped up on AirBNB, I didn't realize that Rodney also has a downstairs unit. Next time, we'll look to see if that unit is available, in order to avoid carrying luggage up and down stairs with shallow steps. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great place!

We love Denton! Our stay at Ron & Jenny's place was fabulous. We loved the location, convenient to everything in Denton. The house itself was wonderful, lots of room to spread out and relax. Host was very responsive and great with details, even gave us a late checkout. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Denton and want to avoid the noise and craziness of a hotel. Thanks Ron & Jenny! We'll be back.

David’s place was such a great stay! We didn’t want to have to stay in town or in the busy areas and this place was the perfect fit! It was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. David was a great communicator and helpful with local recommendations. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely book again!

Let me start by saying this place is adorable. So easy to find. The apartment has its own separate parking area. The host is truly wonderful. Her instant response when we had a concern about a small but important issue showed just how caring Victoria is. She’s the perfect host. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The living space is completely as described in the listing. The bathroom and living area are pristine and the shower is wonderful, with loads of hot water. Victoria directed us to where the two kayaks were stored so we could take them to paddle Pilot Knoll Lake during our visit. All in all we were completely satisfied and thrilled with our experience in this well appointed, private apartment that is adjacent to the host’s home, yet completely separate. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Victoria!

We were only there for one night , but Kendall’s house really set a new standard for us with airbnbs. Everything looked immaculately decorated and well thought out. The attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality touches made us feel right at home. 100% recommend!
