There was one issue which Gary and the property manager coordinated on and took care of as soon as possible. WE HAD A GREAT STAY LOVED ALL THE BEACHES and hope to be back next year!

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Being our first time visiting the Cape, we wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and located near the beach/other main points of interest. Ann’s place was a wonderful combination of all of these things and we were glad to be able to stay in such a comfortable environment. We also found Ann to be one of the most responsive and genuinely kind Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quaint, peaceful place to stay.

Lovely little rental that is close to the beach. Clean pool to use on site. Ample parking which is a plus! Tracy was responsive and gave restaurant recommendations which was very helpful. One small thing to mention is that the rental offered plenty of towels and lines for pull out beds, but I didn’t find any washcloths so bring your own or shower scrunchies. This wasn’t a make or break issue but worth noting. Check ahead of time with Tracy. I would not hesitate to stay again. :-)

It was nice that both Dylan and Patricia let my boyfriend and I check in earlier than 3pm. They were also very responsive. There housekeeper even left us some goodies and wasn’t expecting that. Plenty of towels, too! It was very clean and we loved how close we were to everything. They left notes in a couple of places to know who to contact in case you have questions or emergency. The bed was comfy too - I’ve found in a few air bnbs that I have stayed at, beds aren’t that comfy but these were even the couch/chair. I highly recommend for a couple to stay here!

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

The AirBnB apartment was very well located, in a peaceful place and 5 minutes walk to the beach.... It's like we had our condominium in Cape Cod. When the time comes, it will be my choice #1.

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

Despite the dreadful weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brian‘s place. The bed was very comfortable. I did find that I missed more of a kitchen facility, with no sink in the area with the coffee maker. I found myself going back-and-forth between the bathroom and the living room to fill the kettle for my tea. The area was very quiet, and Brian’s home was easy to find.

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

The family was really nice, and helpful! The place was amazing, clean, very well decorated, with extra amenities, making the stay so much more inviting! Flexible check in and check out schedule, and great location! Will definitely be booking again, in the near future :)

My wife and I were in town for the first time, and this was the perfect location and town to explore. Loved the aesthetic and privacy of the space, and everything was great about the home!

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Incredible spot that I’m glad I found. Very cozy space and far better than getting a hotel room. Would absolutely stay again when I return to Martha’s Vineyard. Host was extremely kind and responsive to any and all questions.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patty and Tony. The house is beautiful, cozy, peaceful, and had all what we needed for our stay. The location is prime, within 5-10min drive distance to great restaurants and 10-20min drive to wonderful beaches. Patty and Tony were friendly and responsive, and provided us with great recommendations. We would to come back another time!
