10/10 stay!! The cottage sits on a beautiful pond. We came during a rainy weekend so we stayed mainly inside. We turned on the electric fireplace & put on a movie. It was so cozy. Once the rain let up, we went outside and used the outdoor fireplace! So peaceful. Everything else you’d need, you are only a short drive from a cvs & grocery store. Melissa is a great host. We really appreciate how quick she responded with any minor concern we had. We look forward to more future stays at the cottage!

This was our second stay at Erica and Chris’s and we had a blast! It’s exactly as advertised, extremely clean, conveniently located, and the hosts are so friendly, helpful, and responsive! Highly recommend!

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and picked Amanda's place because of the close location to a family weekend gathering. It was perfect, I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking again. We didn't need a lot of the amenities offered due to the proximity of family, but it would be ideal for anyone looking for a clean, cute and cozy beach getaway. I highly recommend!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family wedding at the Pelham House. Would love to come back again.

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

Jon is an excellent, thoughtful host. The place was exceptionally clean and had everything one might need. Many sweet touches including small bouquets of flowers. Comfortable bed, good lighting, convenient location, and an easy walk to the water. Perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation.

we stayed for a week in August and had a fantastic time!!. the cottage is located a few stairs away from a beautiful private beach..my kids had a lot fun playing on the beach.the cottage has all what you need for a relaxing week in cape cod. short drive to restaurants and local amenities. Bruce has been very helpful and always available.we will.come back for sure.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Cute AirBnB in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended it.

Extremely clean and adorable! Responsive host to questions and concerns. Easy check in. Thought of everything you may need and more! Stocked kitchen, bikes for a ride to the beach/park,books/games, washer and dryer, good quality toiletries. Some little ants in kitchen, but what cottage doesn’t have those. Outdoor shower faucet only no enclosure or curtain but perfect for quick wash off in bathing suit from beach. Situated behind another house but with private fencing behind from other neighbors and good curtains around the house. Within walking distance to cute park, a little bit of a walk for beach but within riding distance. Supper close to some cute shops and sundae school ice cream/ restaurants Accommodating to one small dog, with treats included! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

It was a pleasure to work with Carolyn. She provided clear, concise information and instructions for the condo, directions from the main highways, and suggestions for activities in the area. The condo was immaculate and tastefully furnished with very comfortable furniture, and all necessities for meal preparation and dining. The views of the Bass River from the windows were beautiful and added a peaceful dimension to our stay. There are nice restaurants, stores, and other attractions available in the area, all within short distances. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would book this condo again in the future.

Dan and Alisa were great hosts and made our honeymoon weekend in Cape Cod an unforgettable weekend. The location is great and not too far from popular destinations and the place itself is just as described. Thank you!

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Michael and Fatima were wonderful hosts, very responsive with returning my messages and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. Only thing I think I would change and this is nitpicking since everything else was as described in the posting, is having an actual couch to sit on instead of the futon. My guests and I stayed in last couple nights and the living room was a bit tight for us. We stayed in because it rained Sunday night. Overall the stay was comfortable and felt like a home away from home feel. Location was nice too, we could jump right on 6 and go where we had to go. Other years I've stayed closer to the ocean and it takes a bit of a drive to get to the highway. Thank you again for renting out your home! Enjoy the rest of the summer, Ben Kimball

We were extremely comfortable from the moment we walked into this house! It has such a peaceful feel to it. Andrea has an eye for decor without cluttering the room. The entire house was spotless and I loved the labels on cabinets! We had space to spread out and work on a puzzle or play games. The near-silent lower level room provided privacy and quiet place to read a book. There is also a Peloton bike for guests to use!! The sun room was our favorite! The abundance of morning light, the super comfy sofa and huge dining table gave us a place to spend our mornings planning our days. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain all of your guests. I watched the well-manicured yard welcome spring with azaleas, hydrangeas, and a giant cherry tree that provided a pink canopy over the back yard. It was magical! We love that the house is on a cul-de-sac that backs up to a school's baseball field. Andrea is a wonderful communicator and any issues that pop up, she's right on it!

It was really nice staying at Sharon’s place! The location is great — close to everything we needed but also tucked away so it felt very private. The space itself was bigger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise! It was very clean and had some very sweet and thoughtful touches. Sharon was great — she was very responsive and friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Inviting coastal house with a beautiful location, walking distance to West Dennis beach. House exactly as described, plenty of room for our family of 6. Well stocked kitchen to cook in and grill outside. Lots of beach chairs and toys in shed. Bedding was super comfortable and cozy. Gorgeous yard in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking.

Ed and Maritza’s place was in a great location, had wonderful amenities, and was walking/biking distance to great places - including a beach. It was easy to relax as everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage was perfect for our girl’s trip.

Stayed three nights, using it as a base for exploring Cape Cod (for example, just 6 min drive to Hyannis port for the ferry to Nantucket). It’s a very quiet, safe spot and we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path to the beach.
