Roomy and bright townhouse from 1875 in Aarhus center. Great location - near Town hall and 400 meters to main train station. Important NOTES (house description below): 1. there will be 2 cats with you inside the house - so only for cat lovers who will enjoy cats around them (price is low because you take care of our cats). 2. House is not safe for small kids because there is no railings to French terrace and stairs - so only book with kids older than 8 years 💚 House: 149 sqm. 3 bedrooms and a double room with kitchen and livingroom in 1th floor. The house is full of light all day, and has 200 sqm yard/ garden with sun comming from south. Bedroom 1: with small reading "lounge" with a large double bed 180 cm Soft Tempur matersses. Guestroom downstairs: large double bed 180 cm with soft Tempur matersses. Office: Wegner sleeping-couch 140 cm or 100 cm if not unfolded. Spring matress. Living room on 1th floor with couch and danish designer chairs. Big kitchen on 1th floor - open to the livingroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and new bathroom with shower/WC. Feel free to use everything open in the kitchen, oil, spices and coffee pods. Bedrooms are bright and only has few blinders (will not be dark - especially in the summertime - we love it - not everyone does) There is a small new toilet on 2nd floor. Broadband wireless internet access. There is a washing machine and new dryer at ground floor. Bed linen and towels is included. We rent out the house for what we believe is a very reasonable price, because part of staying in the house is being with the cats. Cats are sweet and do not need much attention but they show up everywhere. The train station is 3 min away and same goes for Aarhus big modern museum AROS and the music hall. There is lots of cafees, restaurents, shops and pedestian streets really close to the house. There is 5 km to the lovely Bellevue beach. And a 20 min walk to the harbour. If you book more than one week, the additional days will be at same daily price as the week discount. The house is a private home (not a rental/ holiday home), when we host guests we often travel. We off cause leave everything well cleaned for you and hope you will leave the place in a nice way. If you dont have time to clean let us know and we can arrange cleaning for 100€ :)

The town house is perfect for couples, families and friends who want to stay close to lots of tourist attractions in the middle of Copenhagen K. The house have direct access to a small courtyard where you will find garden furnitures and a barbecue. 1 open bedroom with a double bed 180x200. 1 kids room with a bed 120x200 downstairs. 1 kids room with a bed 140x200 on the loft. 10 min walk from the train station & less than 5 min to the " street " where all the shops and restaurants are. Ground floor in charming 2-family house in Vanløse with a wonderful sunny garden. In Vanløse you can relax and get peace despite that you are close to everything in Copenhagen. You will find a lot of nice shops and restaurants in Vanløse. From Vanløse station, which is located 500 meter from the house, you will find busses, trains and subways (metro) that will take you directly to centrum of Copenhagen in only 10 min. And it only takes 27 min. with the subway directly to Copenhagen Airport.

A wide, tree-lined path runs alongside a calm blue lake, with a large, leafy tree providing shade. Beyond the water, buildings are visible, contributing to the scenic view under a clear blue sky.

We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen .

The location is very central - but our Townhouse is placed inside a courtyard, a bit away from the pulsing life. If you choose our Townhouse, you will have a perfect stay in Lovely Copenhagen.

Picturescape house in a little naturespot community. A must try location for a vacation in Copenhagen. Close to metro and downtown City centre. Unic oppotunity to stay and live Like a dane- relax and luxerous. Garden and terrasse for sunbaiting or relaxing. The house is newly renovated in summer 2016

Private Townhouse in lovely Cph

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Copenhagen. My recently renovated house, is located in historic Nyboder, which in it self is a tourist attraction. Located in the city centre, near tourist attractions, public transport and shopping. It is a beautiful 3 floor Townhouse with a small garden terrace.
