The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Tiny vintage caravan in great surroundings.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Private beach, forest and cliff viewpoint within walking distance. Bring your camera and a positive mindset :-)

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea.
