Modernes Ferienhaus mit Sauna(1899-Das Ferienhaus)

The first floor has a large open kitchen with a cooking island and direct access to the south-facing and covered terrace with a Weber gas grill. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - two induction stoves, one oven with steam and another one with microwave function, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, a Kitchenaid kitchen machine with accessories, various small appliances, baking pans and much more. At this place cooking and baking are fun! The café-bar with a portafilter machine and a lounge area is openly connected to the kitchen and the dining room, where up to 10 people can take a seat at a large table. There is also a cast iron fireplace stove for cozy warmth in the cold season. Opposite the dining room is the living room with a large couch, a TV and a view of the apple tree in the garden. Adjacent to the hallway in the entrance area is a small bathroom. The ground floor is fully equipped with Sonos boxes. An iPad is available to control the music and some Hue lights - Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and can be used free of charge. From the large wooden terrace via an open staircase you can reach the garden as well as the sauna. Adjacent to the outbuilding is another terrace for spending time in the garden. In the shade of large yew trees you can find another seatingarea. Two loungers invite you to relax. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The „Garden Room“ with a queensize bed has its own bathroom and a chill area in the attic as a retreat with another TV. The „Bismarck Room“ has a kingsize boxspring bed, and the „Railway Room“ has two single sized beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower and have skylights for ventilation. The beds are made and a towel set is provided for each guest. To recharge your batteries and do something good for your health, we have installed a sauna with a BI-O sauna heater in our outbuilding. It is also possible to take alternating affusions according to the principle of Pastor Kneipp, in order to stimulate and support the blood circulation - foot baths are also possible. The sauna area can be used as an additional service for a fee to create individual wellness moments.

In der Wohnung sind zwei 140er Doppelbetten, wobei eines davon ein Hochbett ist. Von daher können z.B. unten zwei Erwachsene schlafen und oben 2 Kinder von 2 bis 12 Jahren. Willkommen in der Oase der Ruhe! Das wunderschöne frisch renovierte 2-Zimmer Apartment nahe Braunschweig befindet sich am Ortsrand von Hötzum und lädt ein zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Neben voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Backofen und Herd besitzt die Wohnung eine Regendusche sowie eine Waschmaschine. Zum verweilen lädt außerdem die Terrasse im Grünen ein. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung hat ca. 43 m². Es gibt 2 Zimmer, ein großes (Wohnzimmer) und ein etwas kleineres (Schlafzimmer), beide verbindet ein langer Flur von dem auch Bad und Küche ab gehen. An dem Wohnzimmer grenzt außerdem ein Balkon an, der zur Straße gerichtet ist. Alle Räume sind durch die vielen Fenster bei Tageslicht sehr hell. Bis auf Bad und Küche (Fliesen) ist in allen Räumen pflegeleichter Laminatboden.

Everything was very nice and clean. The apartment was very well equipped, the location is very convenient especially for travellers while it's near the city center and Bürgerpark. Probably one of the most value for money places to stay in Braunschweig.

Eine unerwartet zentrale Lage, alles super erreichbar und dennoch sehr ruhig. Und sogar mit Hund top. Ulli war schon im Vorfeld ein sehr guter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und da er während meines Aufenthalts zufällig auch die ganze Zeit zuhause war, sind wir uns immer wieder mal über den Weg gelaufen, woraus sich immer ein netter Plausch ergab. Ansonsten hatte ich aber nie das Gefühl, ihn in seiner Privatsphäre zu stören. Es war soweit alles sauber , die Ausstattung sehr gut (incl. Küche, Bad). Trotz durchgehend bescheidenen Wetters haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und das Bad war gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und der Mitbewohner war sehr freundlich. Er war nett und hat mir bein ein Paar Sachen geholfen. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Bei Anja zu wohnen, ist sehr empfehlenswert! Tolles Zimmer, schöner Garten. Gute Kommunikation. Auch wenn wir uns nicht gesehen haben, war sie immer über Airbnb erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
