Vacation rentals with beach access in Demre

We were only able to stay in Fethiye for 2 nights but the apartment served us well, great location right on the water. Paid public parking is available just a hundred meters away, was easy to get to. No complaints, would stay there again!

A nice place to relax during our stay in Kaş. The host was very helpful and even allowed us to stay an extra night when our plans changed. A nice roomy kitchen area and double room but the twin room was quite small to share with two people .

my friends and I really liked the ~10 days we spent here. the house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, but the coolest thing (from my point of view) is a spacious kitchen-living room with a TV where we watched youtube every evening and drank Turkish tea =) the apartments are far enough from the center and it can be difficult/long to get there on foot, but in this case, the bus that regularly runs from the city center helps

Exceptional accommodation on different levels, The Host “Luna” is super friendly and very responsive she just try her bst to make your stay enjoyable and fun. I even asked her for few things after midnight and she was ready to help! It was a last minute booking and I showed up pretty late but Luna was available to make everything easy. ( check in- parking-explanation) Location and views are my fav, I am a fan of Fethiye and been here many times this was the best time in terms of accommodation. I highly recommend this space and Luna.

We really liked the location of the room. You can easily go to the central places, beaches and restaurants in a walkable distance. Also the room was very clean and host is really helpful, responsive and ensured flexible check in thanks for it. If it is your first time in Kaş, you may definitely stay with peace of mind

Had the most beautiful 10 day stay here. The view doesn’t even look real. We were working while we were here and spent lots of time with our laptops on the balcony. It’s very close to everything and the place is even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything was necessary. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We left the house today, it was really clean, there is everything in the house in the image, it was very comfortable to come and go as if it were your own home, 10 km to the center, there is nothing needed except for your food and private belongings, my only recommendation is that if you are going to go in the spring or fall, slippers or shoes are necessary to wear in the house, my feet are very cold, and if you are going to go with you during this period, I would recommend it very much, I would recommend it again, thank you very much for everything.

What a beautiful house with such attention to detail, the perfect home away from home. Serene and peaceful getaway!

The house was clean, the host had put everything necessary in the house considering our needs, they provided a bed and a high chair for our baby as an extra, and he kept in touch with us from the beginning, he said that we could call for any problems and needs, we liked this situation very much as a family. Also, it was an apartment very close to the beach, very close to the city center, we were very satisfied, I would definitely recommend it if anyone thinks, I plan to contact Ms. Merve again when I come next time.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

We were very happy with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, it is a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oguz again.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.
