The unit is clean and got all main amenities. Location is great. Walkable to costco, T&T, stadium, BC place, etc.

This is the 3rd time I stayed here. I travel to Vancouver for work, this rental is walking distance to work and an easy walk to restaurants, groceries and the drug store. Several walking paths are nearby and the location is private and quiet.

Cory is a wonderful host. His place and his hospitality were among the best we’ve encountered in Vancouver. Instructions were very clear for checkin making the experience easy. Cory was so generous with his space allowing us to feel very much at home. We’d love to return to stay at Cory’s listing in the future!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The hosts were super accommodating to a few requests we had before arrival and even getting us in the home earlier than expected. They were super communicative the whole time and assisted with any questions. Loved all the amenities and even left us a laundry card to do some laundry. Only thing off putting about the place was the surrounding area and maybe we should have done more research, but the homeless population in downtown Vancouver is scary. We watched a lot of homeless people and drug involvement around the streets of the home we stayed in and nearby restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vancouver! The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts was waking up to the breathtaking city views each morning; they truly made the space feel magical. What made our experience even better was how thoughtful and responsive our host was. Every question or message we sent was answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. That level of communication really made a difference and gave us so much peace of mind. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Adam and Hanna's apartment provides for a lovely, peaceful stay. It is so close to beautiful parklands. shops, cafes, market and public transport. Also an easy walk to downtown Vancouver if one desired so. The apartment is in a secure and quiet block with lovely garden surroundings. Easy to enter and exit the apartment securely and in private. Adam was very accommodating permitting us to drop off our luggage pre-check in and to store it for a few hours post check-in. This was most helpful to us. This host and the apartment are highly recommended.

The place is very comfortable and having a parking location was very convenient. It’s in great location and walkable to many good restaurants. The host is very responsive and provided clear instructions with pictures.

Nelson’s place was fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is an easy one. I didn’t realize the location where you picked up the key was a distance away, but if you packed light you’ll be fine (9 minute walk). Thankfully the taxi waited for us and took us straight to his place. The views of the city are amazing and the location cannot be beat. I really hope I find myself back in Vancouver again so I can book his condo.

The place is exactly as advertised. Terrific central location. Ez access to Gastown, right by the water for walks or a run. Decent gym, great larger than usual pool. Clean, comfortable. Has a small private office with monitor super easy for work. Very well thought out secure building with a fob system. Our host was super - Responsive, flexible, gave us early check in, touched base during our stay. Well outfitted for a family with young kids , even has toys and games, though we did not have kids! Would stay again

We loved our stay at Kristine‘s Airbnb! The apartment was great, perfect size. The location was great, nice and centrally located. Kristine was very responsive to our communication and was able to let us leave our luggage there before check-in time since we arrived early! we were really grateful for that. The apartment was clean! the view was great! including a water view and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in instructions and exit instructions were clear and easy and we would definitely come back and stay here!!! Thanks so much Kristine 😁 we have the best time‼️

William’s house was perfect for our family of three. It was so nice to have our dog with us, we appreciated this option for pets, especially with a fenced in yard and deck. The views were truly spectacular, location was ideal, and very close to the beach. The whole town was perfect to bike around, we brought our E bikes and loved that we could store them in the garage. My son loved the arcade and gym and my husband and I loved the fully stocked house. It was easy to cook and grill and relax. William’s house even had comfy beds, which is a huge win when renting. We would love to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great Kits location and a thoughtful layout in a cosy space. Hosts were attentive and communicative throughout. Easy to get out to UBC or into downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week while waiting for our household goods to arrive after a cross-country move, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and had more than enough room for our family of six to spread out and settle in for a bit. Communication with Marcellus was great throughout, and he was super accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a day on short notice. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed place in Birch Bay.

This place was perfect for our staff retreat. There was so much space for us to meet, cook, and relax together. We especially loved the fire pit and BBQ, it was great to have a space to wind down in the evenings. The basement was a big hit too, with all the games, kareoki and extras making it super fun. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfy, and everything was really clean. The host was responsive and made check-in easy and was very accomodating. Would definitely book again for a group getaway!

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

Super responsive communication from the host. Home was very much as described in the photos - and we were pleased and comfortable here. The interior garden area is really peaceful. Will look forward to staying again.

What a charming oasis! This was a great spot with a lovely garden, perfect for dogs and an easy walk (or very easy drive) to some interesting Vancouver sites, we loved it!!
