I would stay again. The only thing i didnt like is the refrigerator didnt keep the soda cold enough. Nice place and location was good i took my service dog and the park behind the house was a Awesome place to walk in the mornings

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! The location was absolutely perfect – so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The amenities were great, and having the pool was a major bonus, especially for cooling off in the Florida heat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time. Just a few minor points to mention for future guests: Upon arrival, the initial door code provided didn't work, but we reached out and received a correct code very quickly enough. We also encountered quite a few mosquitoes during our stay, so be prepared for that (it's a Florida thing). Lastly, the pool service arrived unexpectedly one day. While necessary, a heads-up on the schedule would have been helpful. Despite these small issues, the location, pool, and overall amenities made for a very pleasant stay. We would recommend this Airbnb and would consider staying here again. also, last thing while not a real issue, the cleaners team was already at the property at 10:55, so be prepared. thank you!

Our stay here was nothing short of great 👍🏾. Our hosts responded so fast and kindly!! Loved the tiki area and the pool area. The kitchen had every appliance that was needed, so that was great. The surround sound in the living room was 10/10. Movie time was great. I truly loved how they had everything marked so there wasn’t any confusion on anything. The area is great; we didn’t rent a car, but everything we needed was close enough for Uber. Overall, the house is clean, the host was great/understanding, and our stay was amazing. I definitely will recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again.

stayed here for my birthday weekend with my family and everything was perfect! the place was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. the pool area was a major highlight, and the location was super convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. communication with the host was smooth and they were very accommodating. highly recommend for a fun, relaxing getaway!

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

We had a great stay here, I’ll recommend this to my family & friends for sure, very spacious & comfortable for a group of friends or a pair of couples, the set up at this apt is beautiful, I actually wanna know what kind of couches are those that way I can buy them for myself Lol, thank you for having us Ruth, I’ll definitely look into staying here again the next time I’m in Miami.

The home was great. Spacious master with an amazing bath. Washer and dryer for those longer stays. Very nice kitchen with open concept dining and living. Two additional bedroom spaces for those large groups and a huge backyard with a beautiful pool and oversized jacuzzi. What a great find

10 of us stayed at this house for a long weekend in West Palm Beach. Private property with plenty of space especially outdoors with the pool / jacuzzi. Great location with proximity to airport and easy uber rides to downtown. Upon arrival the house was very clean, freezer had bags of ice which was a nice touch and the host was responsive and clear with check in / check out communication. If you are looking for a private property with plenty of space I highly recommend this stay. It was perfect a long weekend getaway with plenty of beds for each guest which can be difficult to find.

After checking into our original nine day booking at a different property, it got cancelled because they had no running water. We needed to make a last second reservation. Luckily this was available, and we ended up enjoying it even more! A 30 second walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and clean spacious home made it one we will try to book again next time we’re in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Karen’s place! It is even lovelier in person than in the photos. The A/C worked wonderfully (very important to me)! Cozy, yet very roomy throughout! Although the bedroom is somewhat on the smaller size, it still feels quite spacious and has a terrifically large closet and clothes bureau! The bed is small being a double, but we knew that going in and yet we don’t regret our stay at all! The bathroom is spa-like with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Nice hot water and pressure. The towels smelled absolutely divine! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could need, even some condiments! Although we did not cook while there, we did use the fridge and prepared a couple quick meals. The living area was more than ample and inviting. The outdoor space was super nice! The blinds and curtains through the home are very nice, private and sufficiently dark for sleeping. We’d certainly consider staying here again. Karen was EXCELLENT!

The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.

Connor and host were definitely very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and it was very clean!!! would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Jamila was amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. Just a joy to be around and to find out she’s the neighbor was an added bonus. :) We loved the location of the place. Easy in and out, close to water ways and we found some amazing local parks. From the amenities, the layout and style of the furniture and home decor, to the thoughtful personal touch she included made this a wonderful and memorable stay.

The Airbnb was exactly what was featured in photos and then some! The hosts were super responsive which was always appreciative. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

This place was perfect for our stay! Close to everything West Palm had to offer, and a super sweet set up on the property that was perfect for our group. Dexter and Misty were super helpful and responsive every time we had questions. Overall amazing trip and would stay here again!

Beautiful home the only thing that bothered us a little bit is just such a big house for only 4 parking spaces since its a neighborhood sidewalk parking shouldn’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect. We loved the house.

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went so smooth from the time I booked our stay …. Communication was top notch. While staying we did have an issue with a power loss that was out of anyone’s control and the management was right there to get it restored…. Place was exactly as described! Very clean…. Modern home. The eight of us felt right at home …. We had a few friends stop by to visit us and they completely loved the home as well ….. great pool …. Grill … bball court… patio ….. I will definitely rent this home again. Location was perfect…. Food … shopping…. Gas and so close to beautiful beaches …. During school hours it gets quite congested with vehicles with a school being across the street but hey if that’s the only negative thing that’s nothing! FIVE STARS!

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.
