In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available. Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

An idyllic & quiet courtyard of almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with views of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide Nature Park & Muldestausee you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children up to 12 years old are not allowed to stay.

The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.

Forget your worries at this spacious, quiet, and rural space. In northern Saxony Sausedlitz between Goitzsche and Dübener Heide, you can enjoy wonderful cycling, hiking and nature. Seelhausener See is only 10 min walk away But day trips to Leipzig, Halle, Dresden, Berlin or the Lutherstadt Wittenberg are also recommended.
