House vacation rentals in Delhi

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. The playroom was great for our kids and we all enjoyed the pool. The view was also beautiful. We will definitely be back!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

Lovely family getaway. The hot tub and pool were such a nice retreat from the city. On top of that the game room and TV provides such a nice place for a family get together.

A picturesque cabin enveloped in lush greenery. The cabin has everything you need while still maintaining a rustic cabin experience. Truly private, yet 10 minutes from a grocery store. Really fun furnishings/lighting and chatchkes. The fire pit is awesome. The giant walk in shower with plants is heavenly. There is also a claw foot tub downstairs surrounded by plants. The washer/dryer and dishwasher made things very convenient.

We had a delightful visit in the beautiful town of Delhi. The house was exactly as described! A wonderful and inviting front porch, relaxing living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen had everything one could need. Brian is an excellent and responsive host. We plan to visit every year and hope to stay in one of his places again.

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

The house is great. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 adults and a baby. We had a funeral in Delhi which was an easy drive. The decor is so nice and the views are beautiful. We also were able to comfortably host another 7 adults for a few hours one evening. My only concern was the lack of cell service in the area. (My daughter had to drive alone in the dark and the rain on those winding country roads.) Maybe just warn guests in advance and suggest where to get cell service if it's needed.

Charming & peaceful! My family & I stayed for 2 nights while visiting our property. The farmhouse is full of old charm with modern vibes. So many delightful extras from the welcome note with a bottle or wine, the record player with some groovy tunes to relax & play cards to, all the kitchen cabinets labeled with extreme detail. The welcome packet had so much and we took advantage on their suggestion of their favorite restaurant - Hamdon Inn. There are even linen bags ready for a trip to the local farmers market. the only negative is that we had to go home. A remarkable stay & the communication was impeccable!

We stayed at Adam’s house for two nights with family to celebrate our son’s graduation from SUNY Delhi. We really loved the house, the view from the large covered deck was beautiful. The photos in the listing were very accurate, it’s a great house that is well stocked, very comfortable and clean. Adam was great at communicating with us, answering any questions. Check in was very easy. We look forward to coming back in the future, great house!

Wonderful house in an absolutely breathtaking setting! Views from the living area are spectacular. We had a fantastic weekend hiking nearby trails and driving into Oneonta where we found some great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and the house was perfect for my friends and I to have a girls weekend. We would definitely stay again and if you’re looking for a rental in the area look no further.

For those with children going to the Cooperstown All Star Village camp and tournament, I could not recommend a more wonderful place to stay. It was such an easy commute and gave us every amenity to turn the trip into a true vacation. The property and views were stunning. The details and beautiful things in the historical and immaculately restored home made our time between games so much fun. Adele was an amazing host! I am so grateful my Catskills experience included her home.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I've ever stayed at. The photos really don't do it justice. There was plenty of space for my two sons and their partners. The windows provided a great view of the pond, and the spring peepers put us to sleep at night. My grandson was mesmerized by all the birds we could see and hear. My favorite room was at the top of the stairs, where the windows truly brought the outdoor feeling inside - a cozy place to read, lounge and sleep. This is a lovely home and Carin made us feel right at home with her proactive and welcoming communication. Thank you!

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

We had a great visit while at Dmitri's house. It rained and was cold while we were there at the end of May. But the house was so comfortable and the scenic location made up for the bad weather. The house was very clean, has many amenities, including great natural light throughout the home, spacious bedroom spaces, modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. The surrounding property, deck, and outdoor space is beautiful; although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it fully due to the weather. We would definitely book this home again.

We fell in love with this beautiful home. It accommodated our family of 6 so well. The house is very well maintained. We traveled to New York for Cooperstown, our son played at the All Star Village. It was about a 30 minute drive but the views traveling there were amazing. We were beyond happy with our stay.

We were in awe when we arrived for our family vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations. The home has everything you could possibly need. It’s cozy and welcoming. The property is beyond beautiful .. there is so much to explore you never have to leave. Our lab was in complete heaven. We were so sad to leave but look forward to visiting again.
