When you are travelling by car, it is an excellent base to visit Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, Leiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht for business or pleasure.

You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

Enjoy this monumental cottage located on the Vliet, right next to the bridge. The cottage is the living area of a former farm, used for years as a bridge keeper's post. The bridge is now operated remotely, so the cottage lost its function. Now it has become a wonderful and beautiful place to enjoy life by the water. Formerly a paint shop and warehouse, transformed into a great modern family home right next to the city center and in one of the most beautiful streets of Delft! Our house has been recently renovated and comfortably furnished. For us, it always feels like a vacation to live here. We rent out our home including our cuddly cat Peppie and preferably to families.
