Enjoyed my stay at this cozy beachside condo! The bed is insanely comfortable and the balcony views were gorgeous! Loved the coffee bar area, such a nice touch! Our host was super helpful & responsive! We would definitely stay again!

This is a hidden treasure in Flagler Beach. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and this place is a gem! Waking up to the ocean sunrise is unforgettable. The house is pristine, and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the big couch to watch a movie, and reading on the deck. The wine was just what this teacher/momma needed after a busy school year! Our beach day was such a breeze because the walk over is literally just across the street! It is on a peaceful part of the beach. The Tommy Bahama chairs were so light to carry on your back and so comfortable! They had everything you might need- we literally only packed toothbrushes, swimsuits and clothes! We had perfect summer Florida weather, and even used the fire pit on our last night. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Next Door Bistro and went bought ice cream twice at The Waffle Cone (Captain butterscotch is not to be missed). The beds are cozy & comfortable. The bedding was top-tier (and I am picky about sheets!) A+

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

We had a fantastic five-day stay! Check-in was smooth, even at 1:30 AM, which was greatly appreciated. The location is stunning—right next to a peaceful lake, making for a relaxing retreat. The house itself was charming and well-kept. While a few small details could be improved, they didn’t impact our overall experience. Water bottles weren’t provided upon late-night arrival, and bathroom amenities were minimal for a five-day stay. The kitchen lacked paper towels, only one toilet roll was available, and bath towels had some wear. The community pool wasn’t clean, possibly due to windy weather, so we skipped it. Despite these minor things, the beautiful setting and comfortable stay made this a wonderful trip. With small tweaks, it would be perfect. Highly recommend for a tranquil lake getaway!

the building itself is a little dated in the upstairs areas but the room itself is nice. they have extra amenities to enjoy the beach like boogey boards. there was extra lotion bandages, footballs, a whole bunch of random stuff to use. towels were provided, a good amount too. the only thing that was weird was I wasn't told about the parking g fee of 10 bucks a day or about having to take out the trash at the end before booking only after. it wasn't a huge deal but I wasn't aware. all and all it was a good place to stay at. and checking in wasn't that bad it was easy to find and get to.

Very easy to check in. Host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and close to many attractions and restaurants.

Brent is very friendly, and responsive. He is a great host, and the unit was great for what we needed. We would definitely stay again. However, like previous reviewers have noted, there are personal items in the unit. But we had a two week reservation, and there was enough empty drawer space to unpack everything. The pool is nice and very convenient to use, shopping and I-4 is very convenient to get to.

This apartment is a great location. Minutes away from the springs, which were super fun. With an added bonus of having your own inner tube floats for the river. Lots of great restaurants and a cute downtown in Mount Dora. We would stay there again.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

The resort was nice and close to our event for the weekend. Staff were very nice and accommodating when asking questions. Was disappointed the dog area was completely closed due to a down fence. Gym, pool area and hot tub were all very nice and rarely had many people. The bar and food available onsite had strange hours so didn't really use those much. they did have grills in the pool area available for use which was really nice and took advantage of using them. The room itself was spacious enough for 4 people and had the basics for cooking meals and such. overall I would stay here again.

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

This corner unit townhouse is the best spot in New Symrna! We’ve stayed in lots of places in the area, and this was by far our favorite. The furnishings are very nice and the decor is beautiful. We felt right at home, and the views of the ocean cannot be beat. We could have stayed here for weeks and been totally comfortable! Love the pools and easy beach access. 10/10!

Conrad was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He’s super helpful and available. The place was cozy with an ocean view. It was also quiet. Very clean. Great place to stay for a few nights at Daytona. The only tricky thing was the parking.

You really can't improve on PERFECTION! Kevin and Lori's condo is right on the beach. What a view ! Condo was furnished very nicely and beachy. Most of what we brought was already in the condo. Balcony is private. Numbered parking spot is great. Plenty of good restaurants around. We ate enough seafood in a week to turn into a fish. Would highly recommend Kevin and Lori's condo. 5 Star.

From the beginning Barry was very communicative and helpful. Even when an issue out of his control came about prior to getting there, he made us aware and offered compensation or cancellation. It put us at ease when renting from him. The place was beautiful and had modern amenities and small touches that were appreciated. Charging outlets in the nightstands made using electronics very accessible. Instructions were clear and Barry responded quickly to messages. Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented in Daytona. Would recommend to friends and family.
