A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. Parking is inside the big yard. It is close to Carmel Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Big Sur, Aquarium, Lovers' Point, DLI, NPS, Point Lobos State Park as well as all the beautiful beaches on Monterey Peninsula. It is an ideal base for a family of 4-6 people to explore Monterey Bay areas.

The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
