Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Ruhig und abgelegen und dennoch ist in kurzen Strecken alles erreichbar, was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Aktivitäten, Strand… Einziges Manko war das Internet, das bis zum Schluss mal mehr, mal weniger funktioniert hat, aber sowohl Hausbesitzer, als auch die zuständige Haushälterin vor Ort waren extremst bemüht, alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, das Problem zu beheben. Letztlich tat es auch mal gut, nicht immer online zu sein… Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool klasse, wir haben uns sofort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten… Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Danke, Erich, für die tolle Zeit!

volevamo ringraziare di cuore Luka per la sua disponibilità e per il bellissimo appartamento che ci ha messo a disposizione. Fornito di tutto l'occorrente per sentirsi a casa. ottima struttura così come le finiture e la splendida piscina che domina la parte di cortile interna. Anche l'area per grigliare e mangiare all'aperto è stata molto apprezzata da tutti gli ospiti. Insomma un posto favoloso dove tornei volentieri

Мы провели месяц в доме у Арианы. Жильё необычайно уютное, мебель и техника вся новая и современная. Есть свой дворик и парковочное место. Удобная кровать и большой удобный диван на третьем этаже. Мы прекрасно отдохнули. Отличный интернет. Для удаленной работы полностью подходит. Ариана чудесная хозяйка. Мы заселились самостоятельно. При заселении не возникло никаких проблем. Ариана всегда была на связи и готова ответить на все наши вопросы. Очень тихое, спокойное и безопасное место. С уверенностью могу рекомендовать это жильё для кратковременного и долгосрочного проживания.

Ich habe eine sehr angenehme Juniwoche in Kastelir verbracht. Die Gastgeber Marija und Franjo sind sehr freundlich und ihren Gästen recht zugetan, so dass man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Sie sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und stehen bei Bedarf gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite oder auch für ein nettes Schwätzchen parat. Die Unterkunft selbst hat einen tollen eigenen, großen Balkon mit sehr schönem, an die Toscana erinnernden Panoramablick, die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten (großes Bad, großes Schlafzimmer!!) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Ecke von Kastelir und alle wichtigen Dinge des Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Fazit: Wunderbare Erholung bei interessanten Gastgebern in toller Umgebung. Lieben Dank an Marija und Franjo für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Gern bis zum nächsten Mal!

Willa znajduje się w bardzo cichej spokojniej okolicy. Świeże warzywa i owoce można kupić od lokalnych sprzedawców zaledwie kilka kroków od willi. Do najbliższego miasteczka Tar można dojechać w 5 minut samochodem są tam restauracje, piekarnia i markety. Duży wybór plaż w odległości do 15 km od willi. Gospodarze są bardzo mili, pomocni i zawsze dostępni pod telefonem. Byliśmy w willi w dwie rodziny z czwórką dzieci. Nie nudziły się ani chwilę, na miejscu basen, jacuzzi, plac zabaw, stół do bilarda, pingponga, rzutki, piłkarzyki. Fajna kuchnia polowa z dużą lodówką, grillem i miejscem do sporządzania i konsumowania posiłków. Polecam wszyskich szukającym luksusu w spokojnej okolicy.
