The property contains two stone houses; the main house sleeps 4 (shared bathroom) and the small one sleeps 2 (own bathroom). There is a sitting area on the terrace and plenty of lounge chairs around the 50 m2 pool. The house is close to the main square of a cosy little town of Vižinada, one of the main winemaking areas in Istria. Surrounded by hiking and biking paths. Beaches are only 15 min away.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Bolara 60, the Cottage: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Heating costs €20 for a maximum of 10 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and additional seating that can serve as a bed for one child, and a separate toilet. The first floor houses one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
