We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

We had an amazing time having a girls trip here. We are already planning to come back with our partners/spouses. The entire stay was amazing. The house had tons of games/activities and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was never a boring moment at this Airbnb and we can’t wait to be back soon!

Michelle's place was excellent and she was a great communicator. The pool room was amazing, lots of floats and plenty of towels! Her place has everything to accommodate a large group. The kitchen has lots of basic cookware, just make sure to bring your own spices if you're doing a lot of cooking. We would totally visit again!

We stayed here while our floors were being refinished and Marzena’s Oasis did not disappoint! You can tell she takes great pride in her listing; everything was as described and more. The home was very clean with plenty of linens, dishes, and kitchen/pantry supplies. My kids left more crumbs on the floor than usual during breakfast one day…I could not find a broom so I messaged Marzena. She dropped off a stick vacuum AND some delicious treats. Above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for a home away from home!

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. Made for gorgeous pictures and a comfortable stay both nights. Thank you!!

We stayed at this beautiful Victorian Airbnb for my daughter to get ready on her wedding day, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is absolutely stunning—full of character, charm, and elegant details that made the entire experience feel so special. The atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for: peaceful, warm, and full of vintage charm. It provided the perfect backdrop for photos, and the natural light inside the home was ideal for hair and makeup. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and spotless, and we felt so comfortable and cared for. It truly added something magical to such an important day. Beautiful view! The house was cute and clean and very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice! Also, the Fox River Trail is right out the back door. It’s great for walking, biking or running along the river.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

We had a wonderful experience at Sheila's airbnb! Her cabin house was beautiful and very homey. Decorated with antique furniture, quilts, & wood floors, but mixed with modern upgrades such as new bathrooms and kitchen. It was stocked with all the essentials and she responded quickly to any questions we had. It was also fun to walk down the nearby river paths and check out the local coffee shops. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Such a beautiful & peaceful property. Looks just like the photos. Very clean & comfortable. We came from San Antonio, TX to spend time with family in the local area and it was just a perfect get-away from the hustle & bustle of city life where we live. No traffic or congested roadways, no construction, etc. The river is great, the property grounds are great and the kids really enjoyed the zipline in the yard. Elizabeth was very proactive with her communication and instructions for check-in & check-out and just a very good host. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were all super comfy. I mean, I don't have any complaints at all. We will absolutely be back the next time we come visit our family up this way. I highly recommend this property you won't be disappointed. Life just slows down a bit out here on this property and it was exactly what we hoped it would be.

Katheleen's place was delightful. It was spotless and clean. The kitchen is adorable. The location was great for our cross-country trip. We were able to walk the town in the evening. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. This was one of my favorite AirBnBs I've been to.

Stanton’s place was quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe there. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee both mornings. We would gladly stay there again if in the area.

Had a great stay at Kelly’s! We loved that it was at the end of the street and how quiet it was. The dogs loved the backyard and we really appreciated how well stocked the home was- especially with dog bowls! Made our stay so convenient and stress free. If we ever find ourselves in Rockford again, we’ll definitely stay at Kelly’s again!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding at heritage prairie farms. It was a convenient spot to stay for a family with little kids.

Mark and Lisa’s home was absolutely amazing. I frequently visit Dekalb and can say this was easily the best experience I have had not only for the home but communicating with hosts as well. The home itself was very well kept, and decorated. It was also extremely clean. The bed in the main bedroom was VERY COMFORTABLE which was a huge plus since most air bnbs don’t have the best mattresses. We felt right at home and comfortable in the space. Mark and Lisa were very accommodating and responsive to my messages and were always positive and friendly. Even offered recommendations in the area if needed. I never felt like I was a bother which was great. I hope to have this as one of my go to spots in the future!
