Loft vacation rentals in DeKalb County

Our stay at Mel's place had s hiccup. BUT Mel was super responsive and quick to try and rectify the situation. the a.c. froze over from the last guest probably, but we didn't mind turning off the a.c while it thawed out. the ceiling fan in the bed room was plenty to work with for the night. Mel was able to discount the stay, and did offer to place us in the Hilton because he didn't want us to be uncomfortable! we did chose to stay because my partner had a really long day and repacking the truck was not on the bingo card lol. Mel was awesome in giving recommendations for local places to eat, and even suggested to use social media platforms to see what events may be going on, so he's definitely in the know! would definitely come back! We adored this place! We came here on a staycation and loved it. The complex was safe. The space was modern and trendy and near a lot of cool spots in the city. Loved the smart locks and the blue tooth. Very comfy bed and the shower was just as cool just as the pictures promised.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Shirley's place. The location was perfect! Cabbagetown is such a unique neighborhood and Shirley's home felt right in the heart of it all. We especially enjoyed the park across the street and another one right around the corner. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in town.

My second stay at Chris and Christina’s. It’s a very lovely studio in a quaint community. Love having the coffee shop and massage parlor onsite. Very clean, well appointed space with essentials. The back porch is an added bonus!

Location location location! We loved this area right by the belt line. We ran, walked, and were able to quickly access everything we needed including a ton of workout classes, morning coffee, meals, etc! Rob was super responsive throughout our stay and parking was pretty easy once we figured it out! One thing to note is that people can see into the loft (especially at night, it’s a bit of a fish tank with only sheer curtains). We didn’t mind it much since we were out most evenings. We’d love to stay in this area again!

We had a great stay! Angus was very communicative and attentive without being overbearing. Angus was an ideal host, everything was as advertised and I would recommend Angus to anyone visiting the area.

Toye's place was cozy and clean. Toye was always quick to respond to our questions and kept in touch during our stay to ensure all was going well. Check in was easy. Bob and Danielle's loft in Roswell is the BEST location in town! Right around the corner from Canton St (the perfect mix of restaurants, shopping and fun locations) and just far enough to be a quiet oasis in downtown Roswell. We love everything about this spot. The loft is spacious, the decorating is very artfully done and it's super comfortable. And you have to see the landscaping. From an in-ground pool and hot tub to the most incredible array of flowers, trees and plants from around the world. If you are looking for a low-key, picturesque spot that is a short walk from the most active and high-energy spot in the area, this is the place. Bob and Danielle are also super-responsive - they checked on us daily and provided recommendations on things to check out locally. They are great hosts and we will be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! Loved the loft, Krog Street Market, and the greenspace outside. It was great to be so close to the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park— we loved our visit there! The loft was perfect for our group— lots of space, good kitchen, happy little balcony— and art supplies in the artist nook! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!!

Fantastic location and very close to the Beltline with lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. Old Fourth Ward is beautiful, walkable and very peaceful. Derry is a great host! Will stay there again next time we are in ATL!

Great stay! This was central to all of our events in town and made it easy to enjoy our time in Atlanta. The city noise is notable, but the host provided ear plugs that helped a ton! Would stay again!

This was an ideal place if you want to be near the vibrancy of the Atlanta Beltline Trail. Lots of action and a dedicated parking space for you during your stay in an area where parking is at a premium. The unit is exactly as described and well done. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Only a few miles from the aquarium and the World of Coca Cola.

Very great and comfortable space. It had everything needed and the location itself was nice and welcoming as well. Mary was responsive and friendly with intentions to make sure my stay was great. I appreciate that.

Laura & Robert were / are Super Hosts and beyond ! Fantastic communication, proactive in waiting for us to arrive (parking gate issues) & explaining everything related to the space. Laura’s exceptional knowledge of the area & recommendations were really appreciated with it being our 1st time to Atlanta. From the parking lot, to the building entrance, to being within the space was great. Literally the only negative, is the area in the evenings & nights. It’s a pretty rough area with activities going on way into the early morning even early in the week to the end of the week. Definitely not an area for the faint of heart… Which is a shame because the location is extremely convenient & you’ll have a tough time finding a more welcoming Host 🙏🏻
