Apartment vacation rentals in Deira

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

It was a very cool experience to stay in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in touch with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

Great place near all the main attractions!

An outstanding stay! The place was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out went flawlessly. This apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina was everything it said it was. Its location could not have been better, close to all transport links, metro and tram, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach at JBR. The apartment itself was superb with all the facilities you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Naushad.

I was a little bit sceptical that the apartment wouldn’t be as good as the photos or it would be smaller in person but it was actually amazing! The staff around the whole building were amazing and very friendly especially to my 1 year old baby, the host Aditta was great and went over the top with anything he could help me me with, we couldn’t of loved it more 😀 Thank you so much! You have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Dubai. The pool is amazing and the view from the balcony is also beautiful. I strongly recommend it to everybody.

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna
