Lake house vacation rentals in Deer Valley

Fantastic place to stay, lots of room. Great views and a short drive to the lifts for Deer Valley and Park City very close also. Would recommend and would stay there again if available l.

This property is exquisitely located close to the Deer Valley Resort. You can watch skiers coming down the mountain from the hot tub. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, there was even a service that came by while we were there to check and adjust the water chemistry. Although we did not use the service our neighbors used the resort and local bus shuttles to get to all the area resorts, we observed them being dropped off in front of their condo. The amenities in the property were all first class and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything you needed to prepare meals, including a good supply of spices, ground coffee, and kureg cups. We especially appreciated the heated floors in the hallway and bathrooms in the morning! The garage was clean and had ample room for our rental vehicle and was easy to get in and out of. All in all we would endeavor to book and stay at this property again.....! Thank You!

From the time I booked to the day we checked out, everything was perfect! The hosts were so responsive and helpful, and the condo was just beautiful! It was everything we hoped for - and more! We will definitely be back soon!

Christina was very responsive to our questions. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit smaller than I envisioned but still met our needs (for 4 people) very well. Parking garage was great so we did not have to deal with the freezing rain and snow. Place is off the beaten path so do need to travel to restaurants, etc. but was what we wanted and location was still very easy and convenient to get to. Enjoyed our time.

Johnny’ place was exactly as described. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds, ample furnishings, large tv’s in every room. 2 washers and dryers. Convenient to Park City and Heber City. I will stay again.

Deepa's place was absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay. Deepa was very responsive to a few questions I had. The instructions to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. We were pleased to find that it looked just like the listing and the cleaning job was superb. Having a pack and play and high chair on site was very helpful. We appreciated the kid-friendly serve warehouse as well. It was also nice to have a garage to park in to keep the car out of the snow. We would absolutely stay here again.

We continue to come yearly and absolutely love it.

This was a great find for our group of 8 visiting to celebrate our son’s high school graduation. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. That alone would’ve made the stay worth it to me, but beyond that the house was just a really nice setup. There are two full size bathrooms upstairs, so one for every two bedrooms. Loads of towels and the man even stocked coffee with options. If we ever come to this area again, I will definitely check to see if Brad’s place is available. He was highly responsive and willing to take care of anything we needed. His welcome book was a nice touch, too, with all the instructions you’ll need to check in, check out, use the amenities, and find things to do. One thing to note - this house has lake access, but no dock. Some members in our party were confused by that so just a heads up if that’s important to you.

Loved this home. The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was peaceful. Jennilyn was more than accommodating for everything I needed. She went above and beyond during my stay. Absolutely recommend her as a host.

We had a great stay at Karen’s place! The cozy chalet was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The easy access to skiing made the stay even more enjoyable. We were just 5 mins away from Deer valley East and the new Hyatt And bubble lift. Karen was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions/ concerns throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants easy access to skiing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

A great base for experiencing the Salt Lake Valley. Jennilyn's neigborhood was quiet and peaceful, near the Frisbee Golf Course and Big Cottonwood Creek. A great place to stay.

Great location. Perfect for our family of 6. 5 adults and a baby, and a fur baby!. Lots of room! Enjoyed the large kitchen, full of great extras for cooking and baking. Very easy access to Park City and Heber City. We will definitely put this airbnb on the top of our list when in the Park City area.

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s place. It is very clean, the bed is big and great. We slept well. In the kitchen there is a lot of food and drinks to take. Even there was a basket with fruit and a vase with flowers. The garden is fantastic. The only thing that was less, the noise from the road nearby the house. But it didn’t bothered us. In the house you don’t hear it. Elizabeth and Eric are are very hospitable. Nothing is too much to give you a pleasant time. We were sad that we had to leave such a beautiful place.

We had a great stay at Nancy’s when visiting for Kilby Block Party! The balconies and views were our favorite part. Nancy was responsive and helpful, though we thankfully didn’t have any issues. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy spot with some phenomenal views and outdoor spaces! Only thing that would’ve taken this from an A to an A+ stay would be some less-worn-down couches and improved twin mattresses. Otherwise, everything was phenomenal. I would recommend it! Our group of 8 stayed very comfortably :)

Stayed here with a few friends so we could attend Kilby Block Party and it was great! Very convenient: having the light rail stop right around the corner, just a 5min walk, was the best. The place itself is exactly what is described. Roomy and great for groups.

The house was great for our group. We were gathering for family graduation. Spacious, very clean, well stocked and ideal location. Lived up to photos. The best part for us was location. It was close by car and some spots by walking, to all we needed to do. 9 and 9 neighborhood is great as well as Liberty Park. A little tricky finding the street the first time Street signage set back on a narrow street. We would definitely chose to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Rosilyn’s place in Heber City. Located about a 4 minute drive from DV’s new Eastside development, the house and location are both great. The house is gorgeous, clean, airy and comfortable. Kitchen is excellent and has all the amenities. The gas fireplace is a nice touch. The hot tub was 5 star. All the bathrooms are high tech and comfortable, beds and bedding were top notch. Living room is spacious and all of the electronics were easy to connect. As the DV development continues, this area will presumably only get nicer and have more bar and restaurant options. Rosilyn was very communicative and allowed for a late checkout as well. Roughly 17 minutes to downtown PC. Highly recommended!

Kelly's spot was perfect. We wanted to ski but also stay somewhere with a gorgeous view and full kitchen. This was it. Kelly was also super helpful and responsive.
