It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large double living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of around 300 square metres.

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. Private pool Villa close to the beach

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Ginepro directly overlooks the sea at Cala Caterina, in Villasimius, and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is a spacious studio apartment for 2 people, featuring a living area/kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a private bathroom. Sea within walking distance of 120 mt. Despite this, it is absolutely essential to have a rental car to reach the market and the activities inside the village.

Villa Buongusto is independent and tastefully furnished. The house is only 300 meters from the beach. With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean and, as the Lonely Planet guide states, even in the world. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow - ideal for children.
