The living place that Fotis provides is really beautiful. Location of the house iş really great too. Communication with Fotis is Clear and really Fast. he provided answer for every question that we Have. I would recommended.

Everything was great, very calm and relaxing stay

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Nice house, kind hosts. Pristine beach 150 meters away. The feeling in the yard of the house is like being in a park. 45 minutes away is the popular Amolofi beach. The palm beach restaurant and bar is thecloser beach and quite a nice eria. Overall, a nice experience!

We had a lovely stay at Despina's place. The location is within a reasonable walking distance from both the beach and the town center, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself is spacious, with four bedrooms—three of them quite large, and one a bit smaller. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which is convenient, though the bathroom isn’t particularly cozy. The highlight for us was the impressively large terrace, which also houses the kitchen. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—most importantly, a coffee machine with Nespresso pods, which was a real treat in the mornings! Overall, it’s a great spot for a group of 7–8 people looking for comfort and space.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

We stayed for a week at Giorgos’s beautiful place and absolutely loved it. We loved relaxing by the pool which was at our doorstep and very private and peaceful atmosphere. Walkable distance to grocery stores and restaurants in the very cute village. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby as well. Giorgos is the perfect host - always friendly, available, and very attentive to the property. Look forward to coming back again soon.

It was amazing seeing sunrise over mount athos every morning. The outdoor area was very useable and spacious

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

It was a bit tricky to find the cottage as google maps didn’t find it. We were a bit unsure how to find the cottage when we arrived, you have to pass the main house to find the cottage. But we were very satisified with our stay.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful and green garden, a convenient area for barbecuing and outdoor dining, clean rooms and bathrooms – a very cozy place where we felt at home. Pets are welcome and they enjoy the lush greenery. There are good shops for fresh fish, meat, and bakeries nearby (by car).

Very nice, private tiny house. Everything you need is available and by car a good starting point to explore everything. Is definitely recommended!

House right on the sea with private bay. Lonely, great location! Relatively fast but also in Ouranoupolis, on Amouliani and on other beautiful beaches such as Karydibeach (Sithonia). We really enjoyed our holiday season! Nothing was missing in the house: kitchen well equipped, towels, beach towel, hair dryer,...everything there.
