Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Distance: 1 min on foot to taxi station, bus station, 1 min on foot to supermarket, bakery, greengrocer's and pharmacy and 10 min by car to the city center and 20 min to the airport.
