At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

This was a really good experience. The place was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and the promenade. But most important they treat us like a family. Highly recommend!

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Eleni and her son are great hosts, very attentive and responsive! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending interesting places to eat and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The house with the beautiful garden is a true idyll. We enjoyed our vacation in peace and comfort and had everything we needed. On my next trip to Vourvourou, I will definitely stay there again. We thank them for everything!

If you like a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. The apartment is renovated, very close to a secluded bay with a cozy small beach. Friendly hosts provided us with a beach umbrella, chairs. The village with taverns and shops is about a kilometer and a half, so it is more convenient to go here by car. But the host drove us for groceries twice, was always in touch. The vacation experience is the most positive.

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

We had a great stay! The flat is very centrally located and within walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants. You can easily get around on foot, no need for taxis or public transport, which was super convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. It also has a cute little balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax. The AC worked well and kept the place comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic equipment we needed for our stay. The location could not have been better, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Accommodation as advertised. We were lucky to have the keys before to drop off our things. I recommend it ☺️

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.
