If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Great location and sleeps a lot of people. Some of the taxis had a difficult time dropping us at the front door. It’s a restricted area.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Maria is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt like we were in our own home. The house met all our expectations. The balcony was very enjoyable. The washing machine was very easy and convenient to use. We really liked having an espresso capsule coffee machine in the kitchen and ready-to-use ice in the fridge. It will be our first choice for our next visit to the Voula area. Looking forward to seeing you again!

I truly appreciated all about this place. - Dimitrios is a great host - welcoming and caring - always fast to respond and help. His place felt like home within just few days - easily accessible and withl all needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the proximity of the little church, lovely outdoor space and the interesting neighbourhood. Dimitrios helped me a lot - kindly organising the mule transport and also a boat trip. The appartment is spacious and beautiful, we had some trouble with the water caused by a general problem, but the host helped us super quickly and kept us well informed, would 100% recommend :)

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

2 weeks of magical waterfront vacation. The house is very functional and the sea view terrace is fantastic. The hosts are very available and have offered us daily activities or restaurants on several occasions. I highly recommend this property for holidays in Leonidio!

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

The place is really a recommendation, great house, very well equipped and a nice large pool. You need to know that the accommodation is basically in the landlord's garden, but that's really not a big problem. The landlords make a great effort to ensure that you have a nice undisturbed time and give you every privacy. This makes you feel very familiar and safe. The house is totally beautifully designed and we didn't miss anything. Nearby, you can explore some beautiful beaches by car, enjoy the countryside or visit two small towns and eat there, go for a drink or walk on the promenade. There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host didn't notice this himself until we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing was replaced or repaired, which we thought was a shame. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no hot water at night and we had to wait until morning. This was not so optimal as there were so many people and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 cribs, but the mattress was missing for one and we didn't get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.

I had an amazing stay Stamatis was so helpful he came to meet us and went through all the places we should go to eat and things to do in detail he was very active in replying to messages and the check in was very easy it’s in a nice local area about a 30 minute walk from the centre the pool was lovely a great place to hang out after a long day of walking we really enjoyed our stay here thank you so much
