Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

The villa is a self-contained, self-catering luxury villa, with its own driveway, private grounds, 6 bedrooms (12 guests) & a single sofa bed (+1 guest). We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.
