From what we could tell, Sempreviva Sea Houses are one of the few genuine apartments in Diakofti, with separate bedroom and adequately set up kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room. Genuine water views from the reasonably sized verandah.

A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

La casa di Fabrizio è una vera gemma, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, le stanze sono ampie, pulite, ciascuna dotata di bagno. A pochi metri, c’è una piccola spiaggia, con un mare pieno di pesci, ed un ombrellone con 6 lettini a disposizione degli ospiti della casa. La cucina è dotata di tutti i comforts, si può cucinare con grande comodità e contemplare lo splendido paesaggio davanti ai tuoi occhi. In alternativa, a pochi metri c’è una delle taverne migliori dell’isola. Fabrizio è un host disponibile e attento e per qualsiasi necessità puoi contattare Anna, la service manager, che in breve tempo risolve qualsiasi problematica all’interno della casa. Elafonissos ha delle spiagge magnifiche, tutto è raggiungibile facilmente e in poco tempo. La casa di Fabrizio è il meglio che si possa trovare sull’isola, ti addormenterai con il suono del mare e ti sveglierai con l’azzurro del mare. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, complimenti Fabrizio, la tua casa è un sogno ad occhi aperti.

Gorgeous view from the balcony! Very quiet and peaceful, but easy walk into Hyrda port for shopping and busier town feel. Sea taxis were readily available and took us to the beach. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and stay for longer.

Me and my partner had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay. The house is located just a stone's throw away from the sea and offers stunning views all day long, but especially during sunrise and sunset. To some extent, I think the photos don't even do it justice - and the photos themselves already look great. Eating breakfast on the porch as the sun slowly rose over the sea and sailboats lazily sailed past was magical. Altogether a very pleasant traditional Greek home with cozy vibes and wonderfully accommodating hosts. The location also offered a great base to do everything touristy one would want to do in east Attica, warmly recommending a stay here!

El piso de Christo es monímismo y muy agradable. Está decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien equipado. Es silencioso y tiene una terraza preciosa que da al mar. Christo siempre ha constestado enseguida a mis preguntas y nos ha ayudado mucho para comprar los billetes de Ferry que no encontraba en Internet. La única cosa que me decepcionó un poco es la isla, que tiene muy pocas playas, pocas cosas que hacer, y poquísimos supermercados. Había leido que Methana era poco turístico, pero no me imaginaba tanto. Así que para gente que busca antes de todo tranquilidad y descansar, es perfecto.

Logement très agréable et bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre animé de Neapoli, mais dans un lieu calme à quelques mètres de la plage. La maison est très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες.πεντακαθαρο κ μοσχομυριζε από καθαριότητα.πληρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα είδη που χρειάζεται μια κουζίνα. το μπάνιο επίσης πεντακάθαρο αλλά κ όλα τα είδη ιματισμού...ο χώρος της πισίνας άψογοςμε κανένα ψεγάδι. δεν υπήρχε καμία απολύτως παράλειψη σε θέμα εξοπλισμού αλλά κ καθαριότητας. την διαφορά όμως πάντα την κάνει ο επαγγελματισμος των υπαλλήλων...η κα Εύη εκτός από άτομο φιλικό κ ζεστό,μας υποδέχθηκε με δροσερά φρούτα νερά κ αναψυκτικά. τα πρωινά έψηνε φρέσκα τυροππιτοειδη προϊόντα κ μας κερνουσε. επί 24ωρου βαση ήταν διαθέσιμη στο τηλεφωνο για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία βοήθεια χρειαζόμασταν. πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι το ψυγειο κ τα ντουλάπια γεμάτα από φρυγανιές κεικ χυμό μαρμελάδα βούτυρο χυμό ρυζογκοφρετες καφέδες ζάχαρη. πολλά μπράβο στην κυρία Εύη κ στην καθαριστρια γιατί είναι η διατήρηση της καθαριότητας κ της τακτικοτητας του καταλύματος είναι ότι πιο σημαντικό. το ραντεβού μας το ανανεώσαμε για το επόμενο καλοκαίρι.....απλά τέλεια..

Wir haben uns im Lemon House als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer über zwei Ebenen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a charming home that looks like a village. I spent two weeks with three families. We all had our privacy and plenty of room to eat play and have solo Moments in. The light hits the walls in a very special way creating a luminous dreamy effect. I like the town it’s quaint but has all the basic needs. A big supermarket walking distance and a hospital in case of emergency’s. Your in the middle of all the important things to see at equal distance. Oh and only 9 minutes from the airport. The host were very nice, the house is clean and everything is truly luxurious. Thanks!

Dimitris is an excellent host. He gives recommendations for various attractions you can find on the island and he’s always available for anything you might need. The flat was luxurious and sparkling clean. The best feature was definitely the balcony with an excellent view of the sea and the horizon. 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay in Elena’s apartment. We were only there for four nights but would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was in a quiet block and was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Check-in was easy, and Elena was very responsive. We loved staying in the Pangrati neighbourhood, which has excellent restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. We had fantastic souvlaki, enjoyed stopping for coffee in local cafés, and treated ourselves to delicious ice cream in the evenings — all just minutes from the apartment. The area has a lively but relaxed atmosphere that made it a pleasure to explore. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to the main tourist sites (about 15 minutes), and it was always great to return in the evening to this more residential part of the city. A real bonus was being so close to the Panathenaic Stadium — an oasis of green space. Our 11-year-old loved it, and we all enjoyed sitting on its walls to watch the sun set over the Acropolis.

Εξαιρετικά καθαροί και σύγχρονα εξοπλισμένοι χώροι με όμορφη αισθητική για μία ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική κι η διάθεση θέσης parking εξυπηρετεί ιδιαίτερα .

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family reunion. We all enjoyed the comfort of the house and its beautiful view. Vasilios was a very welcoming host, and gave us lots of recommendations. We would love to return for another holiday.
