The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Loved it! Clean and in a great location. Highly recommend if you want a spot that's a bit isolated but isn't too far away from anything you might need. (Walmart, gas stations, etc about 8 miles away) Darren made our first AirB&B stay easy and simple. Communication was great, super friendly! Surely set the bar high for whoever happens to be our next host. Until next time Darren! 👍

The house was secluded with no neighbors and a private drive. It was very peaceful with beautiful scenery. The ramp and first floor bedrooms were super convenient. My family loved the giant recliners and comfy beds! The yard was huge for my kids to play in and Larkin let us use the hose which was awesome! We had a great stay!

The Guesthouse - Near the Loess Hills

I grew up in the area and came back for a neighboring-town alumni reunion, so I didn’t need a lot of local activity recommendations. But Melanie was very friendly and open with her communication ahead of time. The check in was super simple, and so was the checkout. Soldier is a really small town and was very peaceful. The Loess Hills and surrounding farmland are beautiful. The house has been nicely redone and the furnishings were nice and new. I’d definitely stay again!
