Vacation rentals with a patio in DeBary

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Andrea’s listing was perfect for our trip! The amenities were amazing! The only small thing is I wish the bathroom had another towel rack, but besides that everything was truly perfect! I look forward to staying here again!

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

10/10 recommend staying here. I was there for the week for school- had a great time. Home was very clean. Felt like home. Coffee maker, comfy bed, AC, private parking, quiet neighborhood. Close to entertainment, food, parks and the airport! Hosts respond quickly to any needs or questions.

Absolutely amazing rental. Close enough to Daytona Speedway for daily trips. Ms. Nancy was also sweet enough to leave us some biscoff cookies(my favorite!) She was flexible with check in as well. Will definitely look for this place if we return to the area.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

Loved this house and location; easy to find and safe neighborhood. Lots of room for our family and super clean! The host was awesome; sending us welcome messages and responsive with my questions - would 100% stay here again!

All I can say is wow to this cute little oasis!! So fun and relaxing just make sure to bring bug spray. Totally worth every bite for the relaxing trip.

The property was exactly as advertised and the hosts were lovely! So communicative and proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. We had to book the property very last minute due to a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating. It was perfect for our family and gave us a beautiful home to spend time together and socialize. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully equipped for family dinners. Would highly recommend!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

Really great place! Sadly the door code didn’t work at first when we got there, but Will was very quick to respond and helped us out. After that we didn’t have a problem the rest of the trip, and the house itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. 😁

Rented Claudia's place for close friend who are a missionary family of 5 that were visiting us. I was very happy to find this house for them so they would have their own space with their 3 children (10-15 yrs old), and still be close to us. My friend messaged that, " it was a fabulous stay, clean, great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds." And when talking to her before they left she said that she wished they had more time to stay and see more of the local area. Claudia was a great host and very accommodating when arranging this and during their stay. I will always choose the option of renting one of her properties when we have friends or family coming to visit when it is a couple of a family.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my Mother-In-Law at John Knox Village, which is 5 minutes away. Local hotels are not nice and this provided a perfect substitute, and just what we needed. The RV park, though densely packed with RVs and tiny homes, was perfectly peaceful, quiet at all hours, clean, and safe. The pool was clean and mostly unoccupied. Marc’s tiny homes offer comfort for short or long term stays. We stayed for 10 days, but could be comfortable for longer. The location offers easy access to the highways, shops, and surrounding cities. Only 45 minutes to Daytona. Kitchen has plenty of pans and utensils to cook small or larger meals without issue. We will book a stay with Marc again and look forward to doing so.

The location is amazing and the condo was cozy and had a dehumidifier which was a huge perk 10/10 would recomend for a relaxing stay on the beach for a good price. !

Place was great. Very clean. Nice big living room space with nice tv. The closet was huge so a great place to store bags. Really nice to have a little patio space to get some fresh air without having to take the stairs down. The stairs are a little daunting if you come back late after a night out, if you know what I mean. If you're a light sleeper you might not like hearing everyone walk by downstairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
