Minutes away from 3 state parks, Cayuga & Seneca lakes, wine trails, Cornell, Ithaca College & the renowned Ithaca Commons. **Sorry, Airbnb prohibits booking for another person including "gift bookings." Booking that are gifts must be done so in the name of the guest who will be staying at the property.

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
