This accommodation has a very good location, with very useful places for an excellent stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, currency exchange, etc. It is also easy to access the Motevideo Shopping mall (20 minutes walk). The host was always attentive to our concerns. Additionally, the accommodation has all the services offered on the website, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. I would only recommend that you have cable TV, which is sometimes useful. I would choose this apartment again if I return to Montevideo. I recommend it 100%.

Dana and Jeff's apartment is in the heart of Ciudad Vieja, close to several restaurants, museums, bookstores. The space is beautiful and cozy. The bathroom has a strong shower and very hot water! We wish to return!

Our stay in Montevideo was beautiful. A city that invites you to return. The house is super functional, perfect for a family or group of friends. It has all the amenities and is very well equipped. The location is excellent, 1 block from the Rambla. The neighborhood is very nice, on the same block there are restaurants, a pharmacy, several shops and a supermarket. The apartment's parking is convenient and you can also park nearby without any problems, the area made us feel very safe the whole time. Both Natalia and Pablo were very friendly and helpful with our questions.

This is a wonderfully located apartment across the street from Parque Rodo. The building is quiet as is the area with the exception of buses starting and stopping. For me the convenience of the bus stop out weighed the bus sounds which I generally didn’t think about. Roberto and his wife were helpful and he kept in touch throughout my stay, offering dining suggestions. I felt comfortable that they would have assisted me in any way I needed.

Our experience fully met expectations at Dahiana's house. We were attended to by his daughter very kindly, with commitment and a lot of generosity! The house was impeccable, the spaces match what the photos show, it is very comfortable and nice. The space in the courtyard is perfect for breakfast, reading or working. He gave us very helpful directions and was available for any questions we had. His dog also greeted us with great affection and respect. We loved staying here!

My stay at this place was excellent. The place is very cozy, clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable: close to the main points of interest in Montevideo, which made my tours of the city much easier. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to rest and enjoy a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this experience!

Paula's house is beautiful and is located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Their communication is assertive. We really had a great time. To get around more easily, we rented a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

Hello! Diego is always very attentive to all the details of the house. He's always very attentive to any eventuality and he solved the details very quickly.

The truth is, the first impression is with Igal, it was wonderful, he helped me with the logistics and coordination of the key very quickly, he also allowed flexibility in the check-in (I imagine that it is not always available, it will depend on the previous availability). Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. Excellent stay in this home. Susana was always very friendly and helpful, she responded immediately. The house is very nicely located, 3 blocks from the mall, and very close to the historic center. It is a large, spacious house with everything available, old but adapted. Thank you very much for your kindness!

I enjoyed my stay here in Montevideo. It was very well located and allowed me to explore everything from La Ciudad Vieja to Pocitos on foot rather easily. Everything is very nice in the apartment, it is exactly as the pictures describe. The host is very attentive and has thought of everything. It’s wonderful place to stay!

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We're going to Montevideo to visit family and we're going to stay in Fio's apartment whenever it's available

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
