The apartment has everything you need. The location is fantastic, better than I expected, as it is super central, close to the sea (you can see it from the window) but it is not noisy. The bed is very comfortable. An added value is the communication with Vivian and Martin, since I had a problem and they showed all the interest in helping me on a Saturday morning. They are very kind, professional and look out for your well-being in the apartment. Totally recommended.

The apartment is very well located, a few blocks from the Rambla and with many facilities nearby, as well as being quite spacious. It's not very quiet, as it's on a busy street. The water heater could be bigger and a blackout would help with sleep, but nothing that compromises. The building is great and the balcony is a charm to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing.

Everything was excellent! The apartment far exceeded our expectations! Fernando and María del Carmen were always helpful and remarkably warm, and even when we had a setback, they responded in the best way and were very considerate! We'll definitely be back when we need to stay!

We stayed in the accommodation for 2 months as we came on an exchange from Spain. The house was perfect for our stay, it had everything, very spacious… Stefano is always available for any questions you may have and helps you with everything. An amazing host. We're so glad we chose that house for our stay. The location is very good, a few meters from the beach, with supermarkets very close by. It is a very secure zone.

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and friendly. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, they allowed us to enter a little earlier and leave after the scheduled time. He told us about places to shop nearby. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything you need to be comfortable and more. The beds were impeccable and he also left towels for each of us. I recommend it 100%

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We're going to Montevideo to visit family and we're going to stay in Fio's apartment whenever it's available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.
