Vacation rentals with beach access in De los Pocitos Beach

Daniela was a great host. Her apartment was beautiful and the area had lots to do within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here.

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An amazing view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable linens. Quiet and well insulated. Alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket literally steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can use that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

Lujan is always very helpful. The apartment is very nice, it was impeccable, it was very comfortable for two people. The location is unbeatable, beautiful area, a few steps from Pocitos Beach. They left lounge chairs that were used with pleasure to see the beautiful sunsets of Montevideo. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

We absolutely loved the space and the area, it's very close to the beach, a couple of supermarkets and other useful stores. it's also very quiet. the only issue was the fridge. that thing makes alot of noise randomly, which is not a problem during the day but makes it tough to sleep peacefully during the night. aside from that, everything was amazing. Gerardo kindly and efficiently coordinated linen and towel drop offs and the apartment has many recommendations inside for local stores and restaurants, as well as a pick up and delivery laundry service, which is a plus since the apartment doesn't have a washing machine.

Would highly recommend! We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved how well thought out the place was (was so nice to actually have a good sharp knife at an Airbnb for once) Internet was fast for the 2 of us and it was also close to many bakeries and cafes. Silvina was a great host! :)

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and friendly. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, they allowed us to enter a little earlier and leave after the scheduled time. He told us about places to shop nearby. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything you need to be comfortable and more. The beds were impeccable and he also left towels for each of us. I went with my wife for a few days, we had a great time, Mary responded very quickly and was very kind. The accommodation is better than in the photos, the location is very good, one block away is the supermarket, ice cream shop, pharmacy. The beach is 2 blocks away. The area is quiet. I had the van parked outside without any problems.

Paula's house is beautiful and is located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Their communication is assertive. We really had a great time. To get around more easily, we rented a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

The truth is, the first impression is with Igal, it was wonderful, he helped me with the logistics and coordination of the key very quickly, he also allowed flexibility in the check-in (I imagine that it is not always available, it will depend on the previous availability). Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. The house has everything for two people to have a very nice stay. It is very tastefully decorated and makes people feel very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for walking, the people who live there are kind. It is close to Pocitos Beach and Villa Dolores Park is 3 blocks away. You can also walk to Batlle Park. There are numerous buses to connect to different points in the city. There are numerous shops nearby. We got along very well with Dardo, with whom we were in contact when we needed him. We recommend the house to spend a few quiet days in a beautiful city like Montevideo, which is still mostly lived on a "human scale". Regards.

I'll start with the apartment, comfortable, very well-equipped, the description and photos are just what I found. The building is very nice and conveniently located, walking distance to the promenade, shopping, bus stop for several lines, restaurant, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, butcher shop and supermarket no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago is an excellent host.

Excellent stay in this home. Susana was always very friendly and helpful, she responded immediately. The house is very nicely located, 3 blocks from the mall, and very close to the historic center. Excellent apartment in a nice area to visit Montevideo, whether for work or tourism. Close to the coast and numerous bars, restaurants and cultural centers. Rosanna was always attentive and flexible with schedules. Super recommended.

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We're going to Montevideo to visit family and we're going to stay in Fio's apartment whenever it's available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
