Condo vacation rentals in Daytona Beach

Great place. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to local activities. Beautiful view of the ocean. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cody’s place while we were in town for Rockfest! From the very beginning, Cody was an incredible host—he stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and even had some thoughtful decorations waiting for us when we arrived. It really made us feel welcome. The condo itself is absolutely charming—super clean, cozy, and with a stunning view of the ocean. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises each morning was a highlight of our trip. We felt right at home and completely relaxed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Daytona, and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks, Cody, for helping make our weekend so special!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Looks just like the photos and was beautifully decorated. The amenities were great and it was very clean. The balcony furniture was great and we enjoyed the ocean view. Vanessa was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend these place.

Really enjoyed our stay in South Daytona. Know the area pretty well so it was a trip down memory lane for us which we really enjoyed. Condo was quite dark on entry but there were two light bulbs missing which we quickly replaced. Not much to complain about apart from that. Made good use of the balcony most mornings then out all day after that. Sat out again in the evenings as we are outside people. Would recommend to anyone.

Working with Dennis and his team was so incredibly easy to work with! Every time we had a question Dennis and his team was right there to answer it. Made the trip have no worries about staying at their place. Im looking forward to coming back and working with Dennis and his teams and staying in their units!! I’m Very satisfied !

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this Florida resort! We booked the room same-day and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. The location was perfect—we could walk to so many places, and the beach access was amazing. There was a parking garage to park in so that was a plus also. I especially loved the water slide, lazy river, and relaxing on the pool deck. I liked how these were included with our stay and you get a wristband. We also enjoyed the peaceful time on the balcony with an ocean view. We had a great view of the sunrise. I enjoyed the time at the resort very much so. Highly recommend staying here! P.S. The food at the pool bar was spectacular (the burger was my favorite!)

With a pristine and beautiful pool facing the gorgeous waters coupled with free onsite parking, this is a hidden gem in Daytona! Linens and towels were immaculate and smelled amazing, truly the most comfortable mattress we've ever had for an Airbnb. Pillows were plentiful and comfy. AC is super cold and smells clean. Pool deck has direct access to sand/beach and also has picnic tables with umbrellas which was a nice surprise. Very private area on the beach, easy to get your ideal spot. Would definitely recommend eating at Sessions (located at the Hardrock next door- 4min walk) such a nice convenience, great food and views. Yesenia accommodated for an early check-in which was a nice treat from a host. Overall pleased and had a wonderful weekend!

AMAZING place for kids! We had an issue when we first arrived but Pheap was on it and fixed it for us fast and then checked on us to make sure all our needs were met for the rest of our stay.

Conrad was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He’s super helpful and available. The place was cozy with an ocean view. It was also quiet. Very clean. Great place to stay for a few nights at Daytona. The only tricky thing was the parking.

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Walk. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Margie was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Jeff and Krista were very responsive when I had questions. The room was perfect for the 5 of us and close to majority of places we went too. Crabby’s restaurant was recommended by them and it definitely was the best crab I have had all week. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was great! The pictures accurately portray the condo. Very spacious! It was a great area. We like to drive down to the beach and there was a ramp close! Not too crowded but still had plenty of people around! The owners were very responsive and friendly. Our kids loved the pool.

Annie was a great host. Beautiful spot right on the beach; the place was private and everything was very clean. The only thing was the bed wasn't very comfortable; I had some trouble sleeping, but that can be fixed with an updated mattress. I really liked this place a lot and the price was just right.

Craig Roberts place is just a lovely place to stay at Daytona. It was clean well stocked kitchen the linens was well stocked and the location was great. We will recommend this place and will stay again. And lastly the price we paid for a week was phenomenal. Couldn't stay for a week in a hotel any cheaper that is on the beach.

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

This corner unit townhouse is the best spot in New Symrna! We’ve stayed in lots of places in the area, and this was by far our favorite. The furnishings are very nice and the decor is beautiful. We felt right at home, and the views of the ocean cannot be beat. We could have stayed here for weeks and been totally comfortable! Love the pools and easy beach access. 10/10!

Julie was a great host & made sure we had everything we needed! When we visited, the pool was under construction, so we did have to work around the construction sites at the building, but it wasn’t awful. When we arrived, we put the parking pass in the car, but the numbers were faded & we did get a parking warning during our stay… even though the pass was visibly hanging in the car! Just mentioning as a heads up - the office lady rewrote the numbers, but if they fade again, do address it with the office as they are strict on parking! While I personally felt like the bathroom and floors could’ve been cleaner, I just wiped down what I thought needed it & it didn’t affect our time during our stay. This condo is right on the beach which made it super easy to enjoy for a day or afternoon! Overall, we had a great time during our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Daytona Beach Shores! Staylah has an exceptional team—communication was clear and timely from the moment we booked through the end of our trip. Upon arrival, we had a small hiccup locating the temporary parking pass, but Camilo responded right away and quickly resolved the issue. The unit itself is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated with modern lighting, fixtures, and appliances. You can tell care and attention went into making the space comfortable and stylish. One of our favorite parts was the view—overlooking the Halifax River with a clear view of the Speedway in the distance. It was a peaceful and unique bonus that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely love to stay again!

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

the building itself is a little dated in the upstairs areas but the room itself is nice. they have extra amenities to enjoy the beach like boogey boards. there was extra lotion bandages, footballs, a whole bunch of random stuff to use. towels were provided, a good amount too. the only thing that was weird was I wasn't told about the parking g fee of 10 bucks a day or about having to take out the trash at the end before booking only after. it wasn't a huge deal but I wasn't aware. all and all it was a good place to stay at. and checking in wasn't that bad it was easy to find and get to.

What a beautiful home. House was spotless and accurately described. The pool was so warm but the kicker was watching the sunrise from the balcony! All instructions and expectations for check in and check out very clear. Highly recommend this condo! Any concerns or issues addressed almost immediately. We will be staying here in the future as we travel to the area to visit family frequently.
