Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. **No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.
