Vacation rentals with a patio in Davidson County

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ken and Marisa’s place in Nashville. It was bright welcoming and clean . Plenty of room for 3 people. The bathroom was big with an adjacent walk- in closet . The bed and pull out couch were very comfortable. A lot of attention to detail , including a coffee station with both drip and K cups, hair dryer, steamer , toilet articles . The location is great , a 4 block walk to downtown and broadway. You do not need a car . The apartment building has paid parking. Ken was very responsive to our questions . We would highly recommend Ken and Marisa’s place .

Stayed here for CMA Fest 2025! 10/10 location. Very close to Broadway and not a bad walk to Nissan! Definitely would stay here again! My only complaint is the shower is not great. I am a shower snob and the water pressure was not very good. Bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the roll away bed. Pull out couch bed was like any other pull out couch but slept great after a night on Broadway! It also came with a blow up mattress! All in all great place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a close cool place for a weekend on Broadway!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Great place to stay! The location is close to downtown Nashville. We loved outdoor rooftop patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for 6 women on Bachelorette trip. Clean apartment. Basic amenities included. Walkable to Broadway. We enjoyed the pool. Convenient on-site parking. Responsive to hiccup with early checkin. Would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Place was as described, clean and quiet. Broadway was a walkable distance for me and my wife. The parking in the garage was also nice not having to drive really anywhere. Megan answered any questions I had. Nice little unit for a couple and close to Broadway.

Cherish was an absolutely incredible host! She was extremely communicative and helpful in all matters. This spot is an amazing find, and I will absolutely be back and stay again! The location is perfection if you're looking to hang out on Broadway! The free parking with easy in and out was an absolute asset! The amenities of this building are incredible. The 2 story gym, rock climbing wall, pool, rooftop patio, all just insanely nice! I can't say enough positive things about my stay! If you're coming to Nashville and looking for a Broadway spot, this is it! Thank you Cherish for hosting me for such an incredible stay on my music journey! I will be back later this year!!!

Erin was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. The house is private and quiet. We loved that it had 3 full bathrooms - perfect for 7 of us staying there!

We loved this cute, little, cozy place! It was perfect for 4 of us girls! The bathroom is well stocked with numerous shampoos, conditioners and body washes. The air fryer/toaster was an awesome addition for us, so we could save some money on breakfasts and some smaller lunches. Pretty quick to downtown/broadway as well. Jeanette and Jana were very friendly and quick to respond and very willing to help us right away with a quick little fix we needed. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

John is hands down one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, communication was easy and welcoming—but what truly set him apart was how he handled an unexpected situation. We missed our flight and had to adjust our plans last minute, and John went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. Summer was very easy to reach and communicate with. Her home was comfortable, beautiful, in a newer neighborhood & a Spacious set up to sleep several. I feel there should be a mention of all the stairs in the description. It was not easily accessible to one of our elderly guests, but may not be an issue for others. All in all, we had a great stay there and would recommend Summer to others.

I highly recommend this home!! Our son got married and we needed a place that we could stay for the wedding weekend. The host was great and the area is perfect for any vacation. Located minutes from Opry Mills!! We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in for our multiple family members could come together from different directions and meet for the wedding weekend. 😀

Great place to stay especially if you are attending an event at Nissan Stadium - we went to ACDC :)! Bus #56 runs frequently to and from East Nashville into downtown Nashville so that came in handy, since we didn't have a car. This AirBnb is very clean, with nice beds and a handy kitchen to make some meals. There's some nice restaurants in the area with some grocery stores within walking distance. We would stay here again vs staying in the downtown area.

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was just as described in the listing. Amy was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our first AirBB and it was fabulous. We felt so at home and peaceful settings. It is 9 min. from Broadway to all the action. You couldn't ask for a better place. We will be back Cody. Keep the light on.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very new and modern. It was in a good place to easily walk downtown. We were a little concerned about the parking situation but found the street parking was very accessible throughout our stay. Melissa was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time.
