Dekeman Acres Cabin

Small cozy cabin that my father originally built for hunters. After I graduated from high school I lived in it for 12 years. 2 of which was with my now husband. Small open cabin with loft. Ladder to loft space and two twin beds. Small bathroom. Kitchen. Not much privacy, we live down the road, but are there at least twice a day taking care of our pigs, chickens and gardens. Certainly a Bear-adise! I counted 34 bears on the first floor. The cabin has such a great, cozy feel to it. We got the place after another location fell through. Located between Oneonta and Delhi and not really close to anything. Not a deal breaker for us because we were just hanging out with a day trip to Delhi. Location is very quiet which was great. Honestly, one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've every stayed in. The 5 stars is for that alone, and that the host, Roseann, was very responsive to any questions. Only downside is the beds are not the greatest. The place itself is fantastic though. We really enjoyed our stay even though it rained the whole time.

We loved this cottage! It was very cozy and comfortable. Patricia was a fantastic host, she really went above and beyond with touches around the house. We got fresh eggs from her chickens and the cottage was equipped with snacks. The kitchen was very well furnished for an Airbnb and cooking was a delight. The cottage was spotless as well. The only small improvement that could be made was the mattress. The area is also very beautiful, we walked around the neighborhood and the surroundings are gorgeous. Wholehearted five stars, we will be back!

“The Ranch” horse farm, close to baseball

The Ranch is absolutely stunning on the inside and out. There was plenty of room with windows overlooking the views. The house was clean, comfortable, and spotless. We enjoyed watching the horses, geese, and fishing in the pond. It was an easy ride into Cooperstown and the Animal Adventure Park. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

James was not going to be available during my stay (family commitment) and he made sure he contacted me well in advance to let me know. We ended up having a great conversation and he is very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Was able to use the kitchen no problem. The home is well taken care of. Although I did not partake, there is a crossfit gym and ice bath for your use. I loved his dog Spaz, always greets you wagging his tail, and he is very sweet. The surrounding landscape is just stunning. I would definitely return!

Baseball Rental Two Bedroom

DeMak was quick to respond with any questions I had by way of text and we also talked on the phone. The house was easy to find and was the best house we have ever stayed at. It was very clean and well taken care of. We stayed there for the Cooperstown Dream Park baseball tournament and it was only a 30 minute drive. The property was very peaceful and private with deer and geese in the yard almost every morning. We did not mind driving 30 minutes back and forth to the park and the house with such a nice place to stay. The beds and the showers were awesome and I can’t say enough for this house. I would recommend DeMak’s house to anyone looking to rent it.
