We stayed at Eunice's place for a week, and I would come back again. The house is clean, spacious, has all available amenities, is close to the town, and is quiet. She's very responsive; checking in and out was smooth. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our family reunion, we were able to enjoy the beaches of Samal island and then come back to a private and peaceful home! Lydia communicated well and and catered to all our needs. Definitely recommend for big groups!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Host is responsive as well as staff. No strict rules about checking in and check out. Place is 2-3 mins away from high way.

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

Clyte was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and friendly! The apartment was brand-new, clean, accurate to the description, and most importantly when visiting the Philippines - the AC was freezing cold haha. Whenever I’m in Samal, I will most definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

A lovely place in a very clean and well run complex.

The unit was clean, can easily fit 5-6 people, and has complete utilities if you want to cook. There's also a grilling station downstairs if you want to grill food. It has access to the beach (around 1km from the unit), and a nearby pool. The host is very responsive, and the caretaker is very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit!

Thank you to the owner of this Airbnb for being so approachable, hospitable and kind to us. The place is good and the location is very convenient because it is just around the city. We felt secured during our stay. I recommend this place and will surely consider to stay again :)

When we first got in, the host is very approachable. Told us everything about the place and cater our needs and queries. Our only issue was the cockroaches. It's not the owner's fault but because of the neighbors' negligence to their own trash. Immediately the host did their best to find a solution to it including the replacement of the water heating system (previous renter damage it) and the washing machine as well. Everything else was superb. There are free toiletries, clean extra sheets, pillows, and even a mattress. Appliances, kitchen tools, and other stuffs are working well and are functional. I could definitely say we have such great stay here at Lallaine's. Much thanks to sir Andre as well for being so kind, patient, and attentive to us.

The place is a must revisit. Prestine, modern, clean, and super great. it's like I stayed at a very expensive suite for my family. It's Samal at its best place. 6 stars kung pwede lang... Suuuuuuper Great place to be at Samal. Meron pa ba kayo nitong place na to at aome beautiful places in Philippines at the same rate also? Hahaha... Salamat talaga and worth every single centavo and more...
