Lake Constance can also be reached in 30 minutes by nearby highway. Lovers of historic city centers will find what they are looking for in Villingen and Rottweil.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Everything you need is within these 4 walls, you can make yourself comfortable on the big sofa and feel like you are in the cinema with the projector or simply put yourself back in childhood with the retro console. Next door, you can work out in the fitness room. In the bedroom is a cozy queen-size bed with a desk. What more could you ask for? Just 2 streets away there are shops such as Penny, Action and 2 kebab shops.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Loft-like living in downtown Rottweil - in the former stable from the middle of the 15th century, completely fresh and high-quality renovation. The space extends over the entire depth of the narrow property from the alley (towards the black gate; 200 m away) to the medieval courtyard overlooking the Gothic cathedral tower. The apartment offers everything that is needed today.

Downtown, shopping, and public transportation are all within easy reach. Self check-in is possible 24/7 via smart lock.
