Our apartment is a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone of VS-Schwenningen and museums, a 5-minute walk to the Neckarbad, gym, sports field and supermarkets. Directly on the Neckar and Neckartal cycling trail. Less then 10 minutes drive to Bad Dürrheim with brine bath and large wellness area. 15 minutes by car to the golf courses in Donaueschingen and Königsfeld. From Villingen-Schwenningen, you can reach all excursion destinations in the district of Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg to Lake Constance in a short time.
