We offer a small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 3 people on the 1st floor of our quiet semi-detached house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. The stairs up are a bit steep, but there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . No meeting place for togetherness !!! No visitors

This 2-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette and dining area as well as a separate bedroom and a shower room. It is in our family home, which is located in a quiet residential area. The beautiful city center of Lüdinghausen with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants is just a 15-minute walk away. The train station (hourly connection to Dortmund and Enschede) and the bus station (half-hourly connection to Münster) are a 10-minute walk away.

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Beautiful apartment in Olfen, in the southern Münsterland. The apartment is on the first floor of our two-family house. nearby (200 m) of the nature reserve "Steveraue Olfen". Wildesel, conch horses, and stern cattle can be observed from viewing platforms in the renatured area. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the bike path network NRW, the bike path DEK Route and the 100 castles route.

We offer two complete, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower bath with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

If you want to explore nature in other ways, you can take a walk in the nearby forest or explore the Dortmund-Ems Canal by bike. In addition to the Dortmund-Ems Canal, the Roman Route is very popular.
