My house is a detached duplex with a closed porch and garden. Our apartment is 130 m2, and the living room leads to a 38 m2 patio, a pleasant place where you can enjoy the day. There is a 1-ton water tank against water cuts. Our house is included in the police identity notification system (KBS). At the entrances, the Turkish ID/passports of the guests are requested and vehicle license plates are taken.
