The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

There are 2 TVs, refrigerator and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, generator, water tank and hydrofoam and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters away from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, the yacht port is 300 meters.

There is no parking problem in our 120 square meter 2+1 apartment on the Muğla - Datça Sevgi Road, the beach is right in front of the house and you can swim in the sea without paying any fees to any business. 24-hour hot water, Siemens dishwasher, Samsung washing machine, Samsung 3-door refrigerator, Siemens aspirator, 46-inch Samsung television, unlimited internet and air conditioning are available. There is a children's park right in front of our house. You can go down to the sea after the park. The coastal road is completely closed to vehicle traffic.

Our 1+1 apartment, which is the upper floor of the building you see in the photos, is in the most central location of Datça, in the Iskele neighborhood of Datça, overlooking Kumluk Beach, within walking distance to everywhere. We have two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. One overlooks Kumluk Beach and the other balcony overlooks the harbor. You can have a barbecue in the garden of our house.
